Boomer Benefits generally enjoys a positive reputation among customers, with many praising their knowledgeable and supportive agents who provide thorough assistance in navigating Medicare options. Clients frequently highlight the professionalism and reliability of specific agents, fostering a sense of trust and satisfaction. However, some reviews reveal concerns about inconsistent service experiences, including issues with communication and pressure tactics during the enrollment process. Overall, while the company demonstrates strong customer service capabilities, addressing the variability in agent interactions could enhance their reputation and customer satisfaction further.

Natalie helped me pick out the best Part D plan. She was very knowledgeble and made the process seamless. I just love the serivce that Boomer Benefits provides. It would have been a hassle and so time consuming without their help. Keep up the good work!
The other day, I emailed Darla with a question about our drug coverage. VERY soon after that, I got a phone call from Lauren. She answered my question and pointed me in the right direction. She was very nice, and I enjoyed our conversation. She most definitely gets 5 stars from me.
"I LEFT A MESSAGE AND WAS CALLED BACK WHITEN THE HOUR! WASN'T BUYING ANYTHING JUST

I learned about boomer Benefits from my twin brother Ron. He told me wow well his account was handled and all his questions where promptly answered and felt boomer was like a family member. I didn't get from my old carrier. I had to do every thing by myself no support what ever. So glad that I switch to Boomer Benefits.
Ally really helped me with my Medicare prescription insurance. I am on so many prescriptions I would never have been able to choose on my own. She gave me pro and cons for the top ones and told me why she would pick the one she suggested. I am so thankful for her.
Leah was great... very helpful and knew what she was talking about. I have used Boomer Benefits for 10 years and always get great advice and service.
I am new to Medicare and was very confused, until I called and Linda helped me. She did all the work and I now have a policy all set up.
Nice people. They were willing to work with my schedule, broken up as it was, we got thru it. Darla was cheerful, knowledgeable, very patient and helpful.
I have used Boomer Benefits for three years now. This year Leah helped me with my Part D needs. She was dependable and friendly. I liked the way she explained things so I could easily understand what the requirements were. I look forward to getting help from Boomer Benefits and Leah in the future.
Ally was very prompt, professional and researched a unique issue I have with the insulin pump. Felt confident
Jessica was able to reassure me about going ahead with a needed monitor for my husband. We we unsure about coverage but after talking with Jessica, was able to make the right decision. I am so glad we have Boomer Benefits to help us thru these decisions, I'd be lost without them.
I am a new client but so far a great 5 star rating. Was paying $259/month for a Plan F with another company, little to no service and when that rep told me about my insurance company's S & P rating I asked if he knew what that was. He did not. I knew I was in trouble. Off to a Google search I went. Found Boomer Benefits. Read some of info and watched a video. Was impressed. Contacted company, left msg, the day after Open Enrollment began. Got a contact that day from Bailyn Fields. Very pleasant and knew her business Said she was a nurse. Anyhow, she recommended Plan G with a different company, Aetna. Also, in response to a question I asked, she said they are salaried and get no commission, so they have no financial incentive to recommend a more expensive policy. Within 5 days I was approved and my monthly premium went from $259 to $115. The only change in benefits was $185 I would need to pay annually for a deductible. A SAVINGS OF $1,543 ANNUALLY. What's not to love?
The transition from private insurance to Medicare is overwhelming. Daily for months I received literature in the mail regarding this new transition. And they came from a multitude of agencies! I found Boomer Benefits and Nicole could answer all our questions and more! I can't imagine the mistakes I might have made without Nicole's help. Everything from the PowerPoint we watched to the personal experiences we had with each encounter was calming and helpful. We are grateful to be entering this next phase of life with the help of Boomer Benefits.
My husband and I were looking to change our Medicare supplement plan. Looking through the possibilities available I just happened to chose Boomer Benefits, and luckily, Bailyn was the representative who answered. She was professional, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. She gave us our options and made the application process a breeze. Thanks so much Bailyn!
I've used Boomer Benefits since 2018 when I first went on Medicare. They have been a great resource in navigating the confusing world of Medicare supplements. Each year we review both my Medigap & prescription drug Plan D for the best coverage and most affordable options. Just recently I had the pleasure of working with Angela Knight. The cost of my current Plan D was jumping from $28/month to $59/month in 2020. Angela looked at options and found a new Plan D for $13/month. Quite a savings! She & Boomer Benefits continue to be my go-to resource for all my Medicare insurance needs.
I had been procrastinating the process for fear I would make a poor decision. Linda and Nicole made the process streamline and easy! They were more than helpful, they were genuinely interested that I make a wise decision, based on factual information!
I intend to share my positive experience with my friends!
Boomer Benefits has been a great partner in all Medicare related matters. All it usually takes is one phone call and they go to work solving my problem. Quite often it is a coding error made by the health care provider but this time it was an error by the insurance company. Nonetheless, it was the same outcome I experience every other time. Michele took my call and contacted the insurance company immediately. Problem solved. She even called me back a couple of weeks later to followup and make sure it remained a resolved matter.
I have had a career of creating call / customer service centers for insurance companies and I am very jealous of the one created by Boomer Benefits but I am very happy to be their client. The service provided, line with Michele, will keep me coming back and referring others.
Answer: We are licensed in 49 states, so yes, if you call our office at 817-249-8600, our receptionist can connect you with one of our agents who is licensed in that state.
Answer: Yes. Your Part B effective date is what kicks off your 6-month opportunity to get a Medigap plan with no underwriting.
Answer: The VA and Medicare coverage is separate, so you shouldn't have to show your Medicare card. Next time they ask, you should pose that question to them and find out why they are asking for information when VA hospitals generally don't need to bill Medicare for anything.
Answer: Hi Vicki, give our office a call and we'll connect you with one of Danielle's team who is licensed in your state and can help you with your options. We'll take great care of you!
Answer: Hi Paul, yes we help people with enrolling into Medigap or Medicare Advantage coverage, and if they go the the Medigap route, we also help them with setting up their Part D coverage. We limit our Part D help exclusively to people who have purchased a Medigap plan through us due to simple supply and demand. Otherwise, we can't keep up with the number of people needing Part D help each fall during the Annual Election Period when 60 million people are all trying to make their changes within a very limited window of time. However, anyone can join our free private Facebook group - called Medicare Q&A with Boomer Benefits - and there you can submit questions whether you are a client of ours or not. We answer general Medicare questions in this group all year round for anyone who needs help.
Answer: Hi Richard, we do assist our Medigap policyholders with finding their initial Part D plan, and free support in subsequent years with shopping those plans at annual renewal as well. So if you would like our help with enrolling both Plan G and Part D, we would be happy to assist. We do not offer Part D services to beneficiaries who bought their Medigap plan elsewhere, and that is a simple supply and demand issue - we literally cannot keep up with the demand for Part D help unless we limit that service exclusively to our Medigap policyholders.
