I was originally contacted by another representative to handle the change, but the day I called in it was her day off. Jessica offered to leave a message for her or help me with the change. I asked her to help. She did all the legwork instead of putting the tasks back on me. She got everything set up and when she reached a roadblock where the new provider needed to speak to me first, Jessica contacted me and conferenced in the Insurance provider so we could keep things efficiently moving forward. When I got off the phone I told my wife I love how Boomer Benefits spoon-feeds us through every step we need to get processes handled. I've been in customer service all my life and rarely do I see the kind of competence and comprehensive assistance Jessica offered us through every step of changing providers.
