Boomer Benefits generally enjoys a positive reputation among customers, with many praising their knowledgeable and supportive agents who provide thorough assistance in navigating Medicare options. Clients frequently highlight the professionalism and reliability of specific agents, fostering a sense of trust and satisfaction. Overall, while the company demonstrates strong customer service capabilities, addressing the variability in agent interactions could enhance their reputation and customer satisfaction further.

I worked with Joye for my medicare supplement and Jessica for my prescription plan, both did great job explaining every detail and all my questions
Not only can they answer your question but also give you background and additional information regarding it as well. 10 stars+
I most recently had two dealings with Taryn Nunez in Customer care on two different issues. He is VERY knowledgable and talked me down from a huge case of PANICK! He is great.
Taryn Nunez was very helpful and professional with our coordination of Medicare benefits. He followed up with phone calls and emails timely. Would recommend his services.
Hopefully it will turn out really well! Nice people to deal with. I'm new at this and trusted there direction. They seem very knowledgeable and that was helpful. Jarrod
My husband is new to Medicare so we really didn't know where to start. We connected with Alex Roland. She was awesome throughout the entire process. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with us. We had numerous questions which she answered in a way that we could understand. She returned all calls in a timely manner and made the sign up process a breeze. We would strongly recommend Boomer Benefits.
As I was doing my due diligence about Medicare I found Boomer Benefits on you tube. After watching a few of their videos I decided to call them. I was connected to Shelly Smith. She explained everything I needed to know about Boomer Benefits and Medicare Supplement plans. I knew I had found the perfect place to help me. She was professional, pleasant and prompt. Once my wife and I decided what we wanted to do Shelly made the process quick, easy and stress free. Thanks a million Shelly.
The longer I am with Boomer Benefits the more pleased I get. Lauren is always looking out fore me she always saves me money while providing me the same or better coverage. I really appreciate her
Leah Siewinski. Excellent service from a well-trained rep who knew how to keep on-time appointments. She called every time she said she would, to the minute, answered all the questions I had (including the ones I asked 3 times because I didn't make proper notes along the way). Boomer Benefits has a wide range of options for the new Medicare enrollee, and knowing what you need to know COULD save you from parting with your lifetime savings because you didn't have all the facts. There are numerous companies offering these services, but Boomer Benefits will devote more time and knowledge to your needs than the others. It's very probable that all this company's reps are highly trained and take pride in what they do, but if you want to be certain, ask for Leah Siewinski.
Kierah was professional, personable and gave me more than excellent service. I will recommend here again and again.
I needed some answers to Medicare questions. When I called Boomer Benefits I was told I might have to wait a couple days for a return call due to the high volume of calls. Within two hours I received a call back from Taryn. He was very polite and helpful in answering my questions. I found myself feeling relieved after speaking with Taryn. He reassured me that my concerns were valid and offered suggestions and affirmations that I was making the right choices for my situation. He concluded the conversation with letting me know he would be available via phone or email should I have further questions. I can't remember the last time I felt this well served. Thank you Taryn.

Jayme from Boomer Benefits called when my Medicare supplement insurance came up for review. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She worked with me from start to finish to make sure I have the right policy for my needs.
Again, my supplement insurance came up for review and I receive a call from Leah Siewinski with Boomer Benefit. She helped me pick a new insurer that gave me the same benefits as my previous insurance but $20+ less. Boomer Benefits is really the only good thing that happened to me because of Omabacare. They contacted me in 2012, researched my options, called me back to discuss and a life time friendship/business relationship was formed. Ever associate from Susan, Amber & Leah, and all the names I can't remember have been very professional, honest, and extremely helpful. I have told all of my senior friends about your company and I hope they listen to me and take advantage of your wonderful company.
Thank you for all of your help and look forward to being a customer for life.

All you need to know about Medicare insurance in one place. Friendly, efficient & willing to help. Best part is if you have billing issues, or other concerns, they will handle everything on your behalf. Can't say how happy I am with this service. And most importantly, I'd like to give high accolades to my agent Trey. He was thorough, kind, patient, & had my best interests at heart. Thank you very much.
Hailee Horton was very helpful in getting a persistent x-ray billing directed to the right party. For some reason the provider kept sending a bill to me instead of the supplemental insurance company. When I called the provider repeatedly to correct the situation I was unsuccessful. Ms. Horton offered to help and she quickly got results. I very much appreciated her help.
Alyssa helped me wade through my transition from private Insurance to Medicare coverage and help with coverage for immunizations and CGM. I initially talked to Shelley and she immediately put me in touch with Alyssa. Alyssa promptly contacted me and conference called with a Medicare Representative to insure my coverage information was correct and answer my questions. Subsequent follow up emails and phone calls helped solve the problems and educated me on the process. Alyssa was able to articulate to Medicare my concerns in the terms Medicare uses. Medicare was also very helpful. Thanks Alyssa, Shelley and Boomer Benefits. I have had nothing but good service from these folks..
Alyssa was so helpful and even set up a conference call with our provider and in the end, all was taken care of. She is an excellent representative of your company!
Carlee spent ALOT of time with me explaining what I now have versus what the effects of changing my plan during enrollment time would cost, etc--I find this Medicare very confusing and she made it easy for me to understand AND returned my call immediately. So glad I choose Boomer Benefits to help me transition to "old age" Medicare!

Answer: We are licensed in 49 states, so yes, if you call our office at 817-249-8600, our receptionist can connect you with one of our agents who is licensed in that state.
Answer: Yes. Your Part B effective date is what kicks off your 6-month opportunity to get a Medigap plan with no underwriting.
Answer: The VA and Medicare coverage is separate, so you shouldn't have to show your Medicare card. Next time they ask, you should pose that question to them and find out why they are asking for information when VA hospitals generally don't need to bill Medicare for anything.
Answer: Hi Vicki, give our office a call and we'll connect you with one of Danielle's team who is licensed in your state and can help you with your options. We'll take great care of you!
Answer: Hi Paul, yes we help people with enrolling into Medigap or Medicare Advantage coverage, and if they go the the Medigap route, we also help them with setting up their Part D coverage. We limit our Part D help exclusively to people who have purchased a Medigap plan through us due to simple supply and demand. Otherwise, we can't keep up with the number of people needing Part D help each fall during the Annual Election Period when 60 million people are all trying to make their changes within a very limited window of time. However, anyone can join our free private Facebook group - called Medicare Q&A with Boomer Benefits - and there you can submit questions whether you are a client of ours or not. We answer general Medicare questions in this group all year round for anyone who needs help.
Answer: Hi Richard, we do assist our Medigap policyholders with finding their initial Part D plan, and free support in subsequent years with shopping those plans at annual renewal as well. So if you would like our help with enrolling both Plan G and Part D, we would be happy to assist. We do not offer Part D services to beneficiaries who bought their Medigap plan elsewhere, and that is a simple supply and demand issue - we literally cannot keep up with the demand for Part D help unless we limit that service exclusively to our Medigap policyholders.
