It was an easy process! They sent me the label, I printed it out, wrapped my books and put them in a box, and shipped them and in about 22 days I had my money,,, it was a check by mail. They gave me what they quoted me with no hassles:-)

The book was for my BookClub "The Lovely Linville Ladies Literati Society". The book I needed was overpriced everywhere, including the Kindle versions. It is in high demand. I decided to search for a better price, even if it was not my preferred format. I found a hardback at BooksRun, used but much cheaper. It arrived in just a few days.
