I had to reach out to BooksRun to find an overdue payment. After a few back and forth messages, it turns out that the USPS was the culprit. The postmark matched what BooksRun said, but it took six weeks to get to my mailbox. All is good now - problem resolved.

The book was as described (very good) or even better as it appears not even read previously and the shipping was so fast...not only was it shippied as promised within 24 hrs but it also arrived within 2-3 days...the best I have experienced in ordering many many used books.

I have had only one book out all others that the pages were falling out right and left. I was in fair condition so I'm satisfied overall but maybe on the books in fair condition should be discounted more.
Otherwise it's a genius thing you have going on and I will definitely be purchasing more books!

I can't say anything about the book. It's a birthday present for my son who's interested in the topic. I do hate, though, all the rigmarole I have to go through to submit this review. I'd give them five stars if they'd delete this torture.

I didn't have trouble ordering and they shipped the book fast. My only concern is the book is in raggedy shape, which I don't care, but when I send the book back I don't want to be held accountable for a book that's already messed up.

I ordered a Saxon Math book. I understood that it was pretty used, but I didn't expect it to be falling apart and have pen answers written in the book to all the beginning questions. It is in pretty terrible shape, I wish there had been a clearer description and pictures to show what condition it was really in.

I paid full price for a new version of this book but there were post-its in the book and the access code was used. I reached out to customer service and they responded initially, I sent them the photos they requested, but haven't heard from them since after sending 2 follow-ups. Could have purchased a brand new book with access code cheaper directly from the publisher it turns out. Waste of money and my time.

Often I look for used books for my academic courses. A search for used books brought be to BooksRun, where I found a new book for nearly the same price as a used book.
My only issue is that the book I purchased has what appears to be a light gouge across the top of the pages, but that's probably from shopping and handling. Otherwise - great experience and great service.
