It's a SCAM. Stay away. Here are the details.
I purchased "Grand Oasis Cancun All Inclusive" for five nights. Their FAQ page says "we do offer a 7-day full money back guarantee if dates are not available - https://booksi.com/faq. Right after paying, I used the provided username and password and made a reservation. The website said Grant Oasis was available. At the end of the reservation, it asked me to call a number and I did (waited 45 mins for a call). The rep on the call told me that Grant Oasis is not available for the dates I need. I told her to tell me the first available date and she said it's fully booked for 90 days and she can't see anything past so I won't be able to book this resort. Then she offered me a cheap hotel (Krystal Grand Cancún) instead which would cost me the same if I were to book direct with them. I told her that I would like to get my full refund and she said I can't get that. I told her that I would dispute it and she told me that I won't still get my money.
I reached out to *******@booksi.com with my concern. If they don't resolve it, I will fight for it. I won't let them go off the hook easily. I also plan to write a blog post with screenshots of my reservation so everyone knows. I plan to follow them on all social media and share my experience with every one of their potential customers with evidence. Here are all the screenshots to prove it.
Booking a trip with Booksi was a nightmare despite the great price. My email said book any time in the next 18 months. So I bought flights, and selected the days. 1st surprise, you have to call to complete the booking. 2nd surprise, blackout dates that they can't tell you in advance. It was December, I was calling to book in April and they said there was no availability the entire month. 3rd surprise I could book the dates I wanted, but I would have to pay an additional $350, more than half of the original price. 4th surprise, I would have to attend a 2 hour presentation while on vacation. So I canceled my flights, can called back and they had to look day by day to see what was available. Finally we find a day that works and, 5th surprise, the only rooms they have available are double beds. I'm going on vacation with my husband. I check more available dates and call back a 3rd time to book and 6th surprise you have to be on the phone with them for 30 minutes to book the room. So, if you have 4 hours to burn going back and forth to check availability and flights during east coast business hours, and can travel whenever they tell you to, I guess it's a good deal.
Worst service, it sucks and is not customer friendly. I didn't get my money back. Don't book and avoid this.

As a discerning traveler, this prompts us to question - how many more hidden costs await our arrival?
The intrigue heightens as a barrage of probing questions come your way. Who is your travel companion? What are their earnings? What about your income? Own a property or renting? They even delve into your social security details for a credit check. All these intrusions are justified under the guise of qualifying for their timeshare, an underlying condition that involves attending a timeshare lecture during your so-called vacation.
When the audacity of these inquiries is questioned, the response assures that this is standard procedure to determine the best resort fit for you. Quite the laughable claim, isn't it?
Vent your frustrations in a review and instantly, the BOOKSI team springs into damage control. They propose a refund, but only AFTER you retract your review. I complied, and following this, one IVAN FEITO from customer service promised a "free vacation" as an apology for the absurd questioning.
His bewilderment at the line of questioning seemed genuine. "This is the first time I've heard something like this... Do you have their names?" he asked. Yet, the "free vacation" offered turned out to be a mirage - a code that failed to work, and a 10-day back-and-forth with Mr. Feito, who feigned ignorance at every turn.
When the code finally worked, the ghost of the $430 resort fee resurfaced. The term "free" seems to have been lost in translation. When the definition of "free" was questioned, the response came not from our good friend Mr. Feito but MARIA JOSE GALO, who ambiguously explained that there may be additional fees or taxes associated with the booking.
It appears the script has flipped from "This is not normal" to normalizing these "additional fees".
Quite the comedic performance, isn't it?
Perhaps, it's time for the BOOKSI team to consider a career change. The circus is always on the lookout for talented clowns.
SCAM ALERT... they hooked me in with $500 for a trip to Savannah at the INDIGO hotel for $199/ 5 days 4 nights... when i went to book the Hotel in Savannah it wasn't available for my dates and they immediately sent me to Hilton Head Island and said I now owed $240 (IN ADDITION TO WHAT I ALREADY PAID) stating the after I sat through their TIME SHARE PRESENTATION (which was never discussed), I'd get $150 back and the remainder of the money would go toward a BONUS VACATION (which would only cost more) They stated that this information that was explained on the website, (which I never saw because I was immediately contacted by a representative and SMOOZED into the purchase)
There was NEVER a mention of RESORT FEES, TIME SHARE PRESENTATIONS, BONUS TRIPS, Cancellation Policy, REFUND POLICY, etc... now they refuse to give me my money back stating that I had passed the refund time (its been 4 days!).
AVOID THESE SCAM ARTIST at all cost... BOOKSI is ONLY a selling agency that turns it over to MONSTER TRAVEL to handle THEIR MESSES... DO NOT GET SUCKED IN!

I purchased a trip to Savannah, Ga. February 10,2023 and it was good for 18 months. I went to the booking area and I seen the dates of 21 April 2024 with a checkout of 25 April which was great. It said to call and I did. I was told by Khalif from Booksi that I couldn't get it. I told him the dates were open he said that's why I had to call. I've sent messages back and forth to an Ivan and I still can't get my trip to Savannah that I paid for. A person from Monster Reservations named Ashley Ponsi said she would keep a watch for the system to get fixed to help me. Since than a Kevin has called me a few times wanting to send me to everywhere but Savannah, Ga. I booked this trip because it was for Savannah and I had always wanted to go there. Kevin said if I would go to Hilton Head, SC than after that trip he could send me to Savannah and I told him if he could do it than why not go on and send me to where I paid for now. I have been told so many things that I don't know what's going on or if they even know. At this point I'm very disgusted with this whole thing! If they couldn't get me in for this trip why advertise the trip for Savannah to begin with, it was good for 18 months. Well it was suppose to be. It's my opinion that it false advertising. I would like my money back since my trip to Savannah,Ga. Is not being honored! This is no fault of mine!

Been told one thing after another on why the schedule can not be confirmed. Am told have 18 months to book how ever only 14 days to confirm

After they tried to charge me an additional $382 to book the vacation I just paid $399 for, I tried to get a refund and was told no. I came here and left a negative review. I was contacted by Booksi very quickly where I explained my issue. I was asked what they could do to make me remove my negative review. I told them they could remove the extra charge I wasn't told about. The customer service representative laughed and said he couldn't do that but what about a refund. I told him that is the right thing to do but I wasn't removing my review because I felt people should be told about it. Today, I still have not received a refund so I disputed the transaction with my bank and got the money back.
The cost with this company in doing the right thing is that you're not allowed to say anything negative about them. If you do, they will screw you over by not adhering to their own policy of providing a refund if canceled within 24 hours.
They proved they very easily could have done the right thing when they offered me a refund. But telling me I had to remove my review before I could get it is just messed up. Be very wary of the reviews you'll never see
I bought a 3 vacation package. I booked two trips. One in July the other in September. I declined the white glove service which would give me a refund if I CANCELED. I then tried to book in March (before the other two trips) I was then told that I could not book multiple trips at the same time. I had to book the trip, take the trip then book again. I was told I would have to cancel the two set trips to take the trip in March. I said fine i will rebook the trips. They told me I forfeited the deposit on the later two trips. I said that I didnt cancel they canceled the trips to allow me to take the earlier trip. The refused to refund my money so I canceled the march trip and decided I would book it after my other two trips. They then said they had to cancel one of the two trips they already booked and I would once again lose my deposit. It wasnt until I threatened to dispute the charge on my credit card and contract the consumer fraud division of the local district attorney that the actually decided to look into refunding my money because "it might be their fault that this happened".
This is a typical scam employed by many companies. They lie cheat and steal and when you catch them they deny, and delay hoping you will give up. If you dont give up they finally admit it was a "mistake" and see what they can do to fix it by making you wait on hold an intolerably long time. Finally after 45 min on the phone the best they could do was give me a credit of the amount for me next trip.
Great deal. I thought it was a scam until I spoke with Angelica Reales. She was great and I got an additional discount for placing my order. Just need to set a date. AWESOME! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND..
