I paid for a vacation, then when I tried to book it, there are no available dates at all! Tried their customer support to only get my emails blocked! BEWARE!
I bought this promotion off Facebook--$199 (plus tax) for 4 nights in Savannah at the Embassy Suites. Today when I booked my desired dates on the Booksi site, I received a message saying I had to call to make sure I was "100% booked" (whatever that means). I called and they told me that they do not have any contracts with hotels in Savannah and that I had to pay an additional $247.50 to be booked in hotel in a different city. I asked if this was a scam, and the call agent assured me it wasn't. She told me if anything went wrong with this reservation, she would give me her personal email to hold her responsible. (Very unprofessional). I then asked why there were so many negative reviews for Booksi online. She told me that reviewers "lie all the time". I'm not sure what motive a reviewer would have to lie. So here's yet one more negative review to add to the bunch. I would like a refund for the $199 (plus tax) immediately.
Update #1: I got a text message to call customer service with Monster after I posted this review. I called and was told by a surly man named Corey that there was nothing he could do. I asked to talk to his supervisor and he told me his supervisor would call tomorrow. But judging by his bored tone of voice, I'm not optimistic.
Hi Lisa,
We appreciate your valuable feedback and regret to learn of the unpleasant experience you encountered during the booking process.
It is important to note that resort fees are levied by certain hotels to defray the expenses associated with the services and amenities provided to guests on-site. These fees are necessary due to the significantly reduced accommodation rates offered by the hotels, enabling them to cover costs such as Animation Teams, On-Site Entertainment, Swimming Pool maintenance, sports facilities, among others.
Please be assured that our primary goal is not to inconvenience our customers. Our company takes pride in delivering a service that either facilitates booking the desired vacation or ensures a full refund of the total payment made.
In light of this, we will arrange for one of our customer service representatives to reach out to you promptly and provide exceptional assistance.
If need further 24/7 customer assistance, simply go to Booksi.com and click “Customer Support” or email us at support@booksi.com
Kind Regards,
Booksi Support Team
This is a bait and switch routine at its best - tried to make arrangements at the original location (Villa Del Palmar Cabo); was denied that location - the 2nd choice as well as the 3rd. Was stuck at Los Cabos Golf Resort - nowhere near a beach. Spouse does not play golf -
My ticket submitted was answered by an email and phone call with minutes after I submitted. All my questions were answered professionally and polite. I appreciated that very much 👍
Hi Armando,
Thank you for your feedback!, We are thrilled to have you as a customer and are certain you will have an amazing time!

Hi Ron, thank you for your feedback. Our deals show all fees before any payment is made. The fees involved are based on the amount quoted for the offer plus the taxes and fees added to the cart before payments are made. The only additional fees for the accommodation which may or may not apply based on each individual deal is the “Resort Fees” which are charged at the time of booking dates. These fees vary depending on the individual hotel deal. To see if there are any resort fees applied to the hotel you are interested in please view the terms and conditions at the bottom of the deals information.
A customer support representative will follow up with you.
I have booked a trip to Mexico and have 18months to redeem it, I have contacted Booksi to have it cancelled, they don't have a phone number to contact only an email address, until now I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me about returning my money, don't book any ticket with this company they don't seem to be legit
Search the on BBB first a total scam. If they even answer the phone which is how you have to actually schedule a place after you pick a resort that is never available. Also after you have paid for what you think is an all inclusive package to the ( time share salesman who is supposed to be in reservations) who tries to put you in another resort and you are like A walking piece of meat every second for
Booksi to lay more hooks in. Also when he offers you another available less appealing hotel they then tell you the hotel services fees and taxes also need to be paid. Mine were. 2x the cost of my reservation for 5 days at an all inclusive resort. $almost $500 extra after I purchased a reservation that did not exist because there was no availability. They scam and manipulate every factor of the booking and your stay I would be highly skeptical and do not pay attention to the positive reviews. The are all being managed by this company they have full time
Staff that do nothing but edit and remove reviews.

I will believe it after I live it. We travel a lot so I am praying this is not a scam. We would like to hear more from families that have used these offers.
I booked a stay at New York hotel, right before i submitted my application, they offered me a *better* deal on associated website called "Monsterrg." I decided that i should take what seemed to be a better alternative deal, but when I did click it, without informing me in any way, canceled my previous reservation and locked me in with deal from the other website. To cut a long story short, this company purposefully hides their "fine print" in spaces and areas on their website which no one would look for, let alone those areas being inaccessible with a phone due to their stated requirement that you need to hover your mouse over it to read.
After days of struggling with their customer service, instead of returning my money in full, they offered me partial refund with the same deal, with added requirement of paying a 389$ resort fee and a 2 hour timeshare presentation. ALONG with a requirement of 30-60 days notice for my desired stay. (They claim they cannot return my entire purchase, no matter how many times I have asked them.
I will use this or its affiliated websites ever again and will be sure to warn others about it.
Booksi was able to assist me with resolving my problem in attempting to cancel the contact I had with them. Booksi returned the money to my credit card.
Hi Jose, Thank you for your review! Don't hesitate to reach out if we can help you in any other way.
Booksi returned the cost of my contract once i contacted them, that i was not going to be able to take vacation by the due date on the contract.
I drunkenly fell pray to one of their ads on IG and thought why not pay $400 for an "all inclusive" trip. Surely I'll be able to use it in the next 18 months. But when it came time to book the trip the hotel I had paid for only had 2 out of the 5 nights that I wanted. I accepted the fact that the week I wanted must be a popular time to travel and I was going to forfeit the other 3 nights. But when they called to confirm my dates they told me the hotel I originally paid for was completely unavailable and I'd have to accept an inferior hotel. I was ready to accept another disappointment because I was only going to cabo to visit my mother but I wasn't prepared for what came next. They expected me to pay a bunch of other fees which in total added up to the regular price I would've paid if I booked through the hotel directly. So in the end I would've had to pay full price after dealing with a million sales calls and then sitting through a 2 hour timeshare presentation during my trip. Booksi is not worth the hassle! Just book your trip through a normal travel site
I would turn and run. I did not read small print. The day after I realized it was too good to be true and although they did nothing for me they refused to give me a full refund.
Hi Steven, thank you for your feedback a customer service representative will follow up with you. Please know that you will be refunded 100% of your money.
I bought a $199 Savannah trip, but I was charged $499 to my bank acct. They told me I had bought 3 trips. I scheduled one for NYC in May but they called and told me that I was going to Cancun. I don't want to go to Cancun, they say I can't go to NYC even tho it was listed because there is no sales presentation there. I knew nothing about sales presentations. No one mentioned them. Every time I talked to someone they changed the number of trips I had available. 2,3,4. They don't know what they're doing. Their partner Monster called me and tell me I should go to Atlantic City and they took another $269 out if my account. I've tried to resolve this but they refuse to answer my emails or request to speak to someone who knows what they're talking about. They have $750 of my money and refuse to communicate with me. I'm 75 so maybe they bilk Senior Citizens knowing some can't fight back. I'm going to keep trying but I'm also going to write to the CPB because I got good results from them with a bank issue once.
To start off, don't use Bootsi. Tbh, I really don't know of an honest company that will sell you hotel rates at a great price.
Anyway, Bootsi is not a company I would recommend. I wanted to book at a hotel in Pigeon Forge, so today after spending the money to do so, I attempted to call and book those dates I wanted. I was asked how much in income I made a year. That was a red flag, but I told them. Then she was talking about a hotel in Maui, Hawaii that they had. I was like, what? It was December 17th that I clearly chose Pigeon Forge as the hotel I was staying at.
At that point, the lady told me I didn't earn enough to book. That's right. I had to make at least $50,000 per year as they told me. When I asked for a refund, they refused under the guise I did not read their rules. I'm thinking something was very fishy.
I am going to take this further and encourage other folks to do the same. Businesses like Bootsi need to be put on notice who try this kind of thing to fraudulently get money off their customers.
I'm hoping more negatives are displayed because the truth must come out.
Don't use Bootsi and sadly if you did and used other complimentary services to join with your reservation, best of luck to you.
Thank you for your valuable feedback, a customer service representative will follow up with you. The reason our exclusive hotel offers are up to 83% off the retail rate is because the resorts are sponsoring the promotion in exchange for meeting the eligibility requirements and attending the resort preview. On each hotel offer web page we list the “Resort Preview Rate” as well as the Terms & Conditions for the discounted price.
Here is a short video explaining why Booksi's vacations are 83% off https://booksi.wistia.com/medias/4at41l86hi
Over 1 million customers have taken advantage of Booksi's discounted vacations and our customers on average save over $2000+ on our all-inclusive vacations.

It upgraded when I said NO! I'm sure now I will have to go through the aggravation of getting a refund!
Hello Cathy, thank you for your feedback a customer service representative will follow up with you.
I fell for their scam and cannot get this company to stop calling. They are awful and continually harassed me after numerous times being told to remove my name. Orginally, I was excited to get a cheap trip to Savannah but, unfortunately, I never got to go. I decided I would accept the money loss but this has lead to frustration. They have continually called, which I ignored for a long time. I decided to answer one day to say remove my name. The caller continued to explain the next package up from the one I purchased. She told me I lost the original trip because it had expired. When I called her out that this is a scam, she hung up on me. I tried calling back but no one answer. The next time they called, I answered yelling. I was told there was no reason to yell. I said yes there was and I wanted to be removed from their calling list. This helped for a few months but know they are calling again. I have blocked their numbers but they use different numbers to call from. The next call will result in a call to the BBB and a lawyer.

Purchased an oceanfront luxury resort room at Mertle Beach. After calling to book room it is not on the beach. Then was assisted in changing location……. Weird. So moved to St Petersburg to get an oceanfront. To a 6 out of 10 star rated hotel. Then they charged me an additional 250 dollars for a gift card to be given to me and "insurance". Oh and then pull credit report. Okay still a bit cheaper than off the street purchase. Trip is two weeks away and received a phone call that said I also needed to cover the $200.19 for taxes and resort fees. At this time I pulled up the resort. Same nights and it was $160 cheaper to not use them and to do it myself. I also would gain back the vacation time I was going to use for their mandatory sales pitch.
The guy on the phone was really good though and worked the refund for me. Got the insurance back and then the 150 gift card fee back, but he was unable to get original purchase back and managers were in a meeting that day and to call back. I called back and they told me that they would not refund it because in the promo someplace it said non refundable.
So very annoyed at the company for making the purchase of getting the vacation a trap of my funds as to use it and I had to buy my own gift card and insurance and then had to cover the $200 plus in taxes and fees.
Proof picture attached to show cheaper by going through someone else and not just bull$#*!ting.
So overall cost of the $199 vacation was OVER $700.
Oh and one last thing. By being moved to oceanfront you can see that I lost one day of the package.
Fraudulent, dishonest company. Obtains cc info by pretending requested booking dates available, then calls days later saying they're not. But, won't refund money.
First I want to say that the customer service here is horrible! I purchased a stay in Daytona/ Ormond Beach at the Best Western- Castillo Del Sol and have tried to book it a few times, but dates are never available. This time I asked what dates WERE available and was told there were no dates available at this property AT ALL! They continually offer "another destination" which we DO NOT WANT. We paid for this SPECIFIC property because it is near family. We were offered another property in the area, but not available for 2 months! What kind of scam are they running? Bait and switch! I asked for a refund as the property I PAID FOR is no longer available and was told it was non-refundable. I will report them to the State of Florida as a scam! BEWAREOFf BOOKSI!
Answer: Our deals show all fees before any payment is made. The fees involved are based on the amount quoted for the offer plus the taxes and fees added in the cart before payments are made. The only additional fees for the accommodation which may or may not apply based on each individual deal is the "Resort Fees" which are charged at the time of booking dates. These fees vary depending on the individual hotel deal. To see if there are any resort fees applied to the hotel you are interested in please view the terms and conditions at the bottom of the deals information. Our offers supply the very best accommodation at a fraction of the cost based on the deals being promotional and offering a "Resort Preview Rate" as shown in the information. Answer: Hi Michelle, This usually happens when the financial institution stops the purchase. Please make sure to contact your bank or you can also try using a different card (This can also solve the problem). If you keep having issues with your purchase, we recommend you choose a different internet browser and use a computer instead of a Smartphone.
