Overall experience was good. Shipping took longer than expected and the box arrived torn apart enough that books could have slipped out. Thankfully they were all there.

It's like treasure hunting! I always come back to check what's available under my favorite authors and explore some craft boxes. Most books came in great condition.

Will definitely be buying again. Everything was perfect condition, and high quality. Selection is fantastic. A little slow delivery but understandable coming from Canada.

Building your personal library is much more affordable, with book outlet. They have a pretty good selection of African American Authors that are easy to locate.

Books are a great price! I was bummed because I'd ordered 3 books from a series and one was out of stock, so I was refunded, but now I'm missing that one so I'll have to find it elsewhere

I order a few books for my grandkids. They arrived in a timely manner and in great shape. I had an issue with one so I reached out to customer service and they were amazing!

One of the books, a paperback, was damaged in transit. The last 20 pages and the back cover were badly wrinkled. There wasn't any packing material in the box to prevent the books from shifting.

Your system is $#*!! Using USPS is a joke! The books have been sitting in my city, Portland, for a week. They have now been coded as "out for delivery" for four days. WTF!?!

The order came really fast and all the books were in good condition. One thing I wasn't a fan of was just the black marker line that was on some of the books.

I was very excited to receive my books. That wasn't till I realized that I did not get all of my books. In my order were some books that I did not order but received anyways.

I had a long-standing relationship with Bookoutlet. I had ordered several hundred dollars worth of books from them over the course of the past year or so, when I ran into a problem. It seems that Bookoutlet didn't have the books needed to complete my order. So, rather than contacting me, they just sent the wrong order and charged my credit card anyway.

In these kinds of situations, it's usually not a big deal to get some kind of refund worked out. I was willing to accept a partial refund for a partial return of the merchandise, but Bookoutlet wouldn't have it. I filled out an e-ticket explaing the problem, and they closed the ticket without resolving the problem. I tried to file another e-ticket and suddently the ticketing system didn't work. I called customer service and "Melissa" at customer service gave me the run around and wouldn't help resolve the situation at all.

I had to report the fraudulent charge to Visa, ship the supporting documentation to Visa, and I am still waiting for a refund for fraud from Visa. It's definitely not worth saving a few bucks on overstock books when you have to spend several hours to trying to get your money back for fraudulent charges. Stay away from Bookoutlet.

The book was quite a bit less expensive than other online sellers, and arrived within a week, as expected.

This is the 3rd time I bought books from Book Outlet. Very competitive pricing and shipping is relative fast, especially considering the supply shortage we have nowadays because of COVID.
