My order was shipped fairly quickly and arrived in great condition! All but one of my items were in brand new shape, and the one exception was still in good condition.

I love the price but I hated how my books were packaged. The books were beat up, dirty, torn and wrinkled because they were not wrapped!
Always a joy to receive my order! My previous order was unfortunately damaged during the shipping process so I was happy to receive this order with no issues.
I purchased 4 books in total and two of the books were torn and coming apart. One of them is falling apart in the middle and the other has damages all over the front and back corners.
Everything aside from the delivery was perfect. The box came torn apart and open I'm not sure if it was the delivery men or if it was because of packaging.
The website was easy and the book I purchased was inexpensive. Unfortunately it took longer than I expected to receive the book because it shipped from the other side of the country.
It was a good experience. The price is pretty good I expected shipping charges. The book is in good condition and it's a hardcover which I forgot. And that's about it thanks!

The box you shipped in are very hard to open. I know you have the "pull here" to open it but the tab ripped right away and I basically had to destroy the box to get it to it. Just a note.
The shipping was fast and the box was undamaged upon delivery. The books inside were all jumbled and some of the books had major creases. Pages were bent and covers were creased terribly.

The only complaint was that the shipping box was oversized and did not come with packing material so the box arrived crushed and the books were damaged.

I'm most impressed with the way the book I purchased was shipped - the wrapping was particularly effective at protecting the book while being economical.
We have not received what was ordered. Instead we got a totally unrelated book. We finally got what was shipped a week after the post office delivered it to the wrong address,

Simple and convenient order of the book I wanted. Packaging was sustainable too with my book order ( I appreciate no waste and unnecessary packaging with my order) - so I liked that as well
The box that. Obtained my order was too large for the number of books contained in the box. One of the books was damaged and their was no receipt for the purchase.
I like Book Outlet. My only problem with my order is I got two of the same book in the same order! Not the fault of Book Outlet, but of mine for double ordering by mistake.
I appreciated the discount prices for the books I ordered. I was surprised at how long it took for the books to arrive. The books are in perfect condition.
