Closed my account. Here's why.

I've enjoyed discounted books from Bookoutlet for some years, however over the past while, books are arriving in packaging that provides little to no protection in oversized boxes such that there is considerable damage done in transit. Order 63e*******d8de24c0bdee is but one example and I have not contacted Bookoutlet in every case but certainly several times. I have received refunds, yes and have been treated respectfully. However, I can buy good condition after market like-new and remainder books from other sellers who do package well. I note that I have read other reviews online complaining of the same poor packaging so I am not alone. The matter is not being addressed as, over time, I have continued to receive books damaged in transit.
