PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM! We will absolutely never use this "company" again. They are absolutely a scam. During booking and in our confirmation pages (which I sent to in screenshots to the company) it said in ORANGE BOLD font, FREE CANCELLATION. How wrong that was. When we ended up having to cancel and change plans due to COVID, they then told us that per the terms and conditions listed later, it was completely non-refundable. We spent multiple evenings on the phone with this scam. They had no explanations for why the words FREE CANCELLATION were on our confirmation emails and simply pointed out that down in the terms, it said non-refundable. One customer service agent said that FREE CANCELLATION meant that we could cancel the reservation if we didn't like the hotel. Not sure how you cancel a room you have already stayed in... and NO WHERE was that written or explained. This company is clearly trying to sell to people who need the flexibility of free cancellation by appearing to offer it when they are in fact NOT. They are an unethical business who knows exactly what they are doing and offering up lame and non-sensical excuses. Not to mention they hung up on us multiple times, twice gave us phone numbers that lead to disconnected/no actual number. Terrible terrible terrible. DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY". SCAM!

Misleading information

I am so disappointed that you pay extra for cancellation protection but there is no way to apply for it. First you are never told that you must apply before canceling the reservation. Carlos did not in anyway share any of the details. I will never use any of your services again. It is totally a misrepresentation.

Excellent customer service

Paige was extremely helpful. There were no rooms available in our area and she took her time to assure that we found rooms available for 12 people. She is knowledgeable and very proficient. Please give her a raise she has the best customer service skills I've seen.

Mae did a great job. I had a little difficulty understanding her at times but we got it done. There was a lot of background noise that could have contributed to me not understanding or hearing her. She did a great job though and definitely knows what she's doing.

Fast and accurate

Excellent confirmation service

Brenna was extremely patient while making a very last-minute phone reservation to stay at the Pacific edge this week. She made sure that I had not only received my text confirmation but also the email confirmation and the insurance information. I was very pleased with her patience and I'm very happy to be returning to the Pacific edge because it is an affordable hotel on the oceanfront in Laguna Beach. Very easy booking

Painless, less than 5 mins answered all my questions. But now it's painful because I need to write 100 characters on the stupid goddamn website to tell you guys that Luis the nice gentleman that helped me did a great job but this review system sucks $#*!. Just let us say that the person who helped us did a good job like what the $#*! bruh gahhtdam
