The representative was knowledgeable fast and professional The booking thru the website was showing not availability but the representative was able to find a room at a lower rate.

The rep gave me the highest price available. The hotel gave me a different quote which was cancellable and when I ask to speak to the hotel first I got cut off on the phone. No reservation number but my credit card was charged right away. I had to call back to get the reservation number.

Olivia was explained every detail and was very thorough in are booking. She was very pleasant to talk to and made the booking very simple and easy.

I could not believe! I was promised paid parking and paid breakfast! I was not! I had no hot water, fridge did not get cold, the baseboards were all chipped and cracked, bathroom had cracked door, I could not believe this was the hilton.

Shannon was very polite and efficient. It was very easy to make a reservation. Looking forward to staying at this hotel in Fort Collins.

Unsatisfied, tried booking 3 rooms got confirmation for 2 rooms took 25 minutes to do it on the phone and still get it wrong. Now I have to spend an hour going back and doing it over. Sorry but what a waste of time.

So comfortable, the beds are divine! We had an amazing handicap accessible room, it was perfect, worked great, nice night slept well!

Joyce was professional and helpful. Though obviously not a native English speaker, her command of the language was very good. I would only suggest that she slow down the delivery of all the "rules, etc." so that the customer can absorb them more easily. I understand that all that information is included in the confirmation email, but her recitation of it was too fast to understand.

Julio was Very helpful and had a lot of patience for all my questions. He took the time to find me a hotel close to my physician office. He ensured the hotel had all the amenities I needed.
