He said we could check in at the time i called which was 1 am, when i got to the hotel they said i could not check in until 3 pm today. Our Air conditioner went out and we needed a place to stay. I cancelled the reservation and now i have to wait for my refund.

Flight had been cancelled. Called about booking a hotel, but did not want to pay almost 500 for about a 10 hour stay in the airport hotel we had called to book. Armanda found a hotel with a much better deal and free airport shuttle service. He was much more helpful than airline assistance.
We booked a hotel with bookonline. When we called the hotel we were advised the reservation did not exist. Upon further research we have learned this website is a scam. They refuse to refund since it is "non refundable" yet they never made the reservation in the first place. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
