Cristian was the customer service rep that help me book my room. The initial hotel that I wanted did not have a double queen bedroom available. Cristian searched and found a nearby hotel that had the room space I wanted and he took the time to describe and explain the options available to me and got me booked. He did a wonderful job he was kind, courteous and professional.
I was charged more than half of the room rate in "fees" The room was 349 and the fees were 200. No one answers the support 888# and the chat bots are terrible. COMPLETE SCAM FRAUDS
