First of all, I'm out. I booked a hotel reservation in a remote part of the United States in April. Suddenly, I had to add on an extra day. The person that helped me was his name was Jason not only did he have a fabulous customer service demeanor. He is so kind and understanding. He was able to help me. He helped me put in my information. As I'm not totally savvy or experienced. What a gentleman he was. I was in customer service for 50 years. Consider giving Jason an accolade and a nice race.

I needed a room last minute due to a plumbing issue in my new Rio Rancho apartment. I was exhausted and couldn't even remember which hotel I was calling because I had a whole list written down. Angeles was so sweet and patient and immediately gave me hold that all would be well. 5 stars is not enough. I give Angeles 5 BILLION stars just like the heaven where I truly believe is where she lives, because she IS an ANGEL!
