HOTEL CHARGED MY CARD, 'DEPOSIT HOLD' EVEN THO I PAID WITH DEBIT, NOW IM FIGHTING WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO REFUND ME THE INCIDENTAL CHARGE OF $250.00. HOTEL WAS LEFT AS IF I WASNT EVEN THERE. GOOD CLEAN CONDITION.
I booked through BookingBargains for a Ramada Inn in San Diego and when I got to the hotel they had no record of my reservation. I contacted the company and they said they would refund my money but I still haven't seen a refund.
I searched google for hotels, this site showed the low rates for most of the hotels I searched. Booking app is very simple and fast. Got the confirmation right away.
Great staff, food, and location. Was pleasantly surprised by the price for this area of Phuket.
For $600 per day, Our room was 10x10 ft closet, with carpet stained floor and view of parking lot...dirty dishes with food piled up in hall entire stay...locked out of room on last evening and told we had to move!
Overall, not a bad experience. Website was easy to manage/navigate.
