Did not make me aware of a deposit until I was checking in and my key had to be reset on 2nd day inconveniently with groceries in hand. Not that of a biggie but a big difference when other hotels have been without the littlest hickups.
Only issue is that some of the room choices said "breakfast" with no explanation. So you wonder, do I get breakfast with the other rooms?
I booked with them while the booking now appear in the hotel, and we have to pay again to hotel, while the cheap customer service which located in asia pearly they can speak proper English and so rude, you will end up with nothing no even a refund, its just copy past replay via emails,wasting my time and money

Tired hotel...no room service...Rooms clean and adequate
The pictures of this place are amazing, however when you get there, the rooms are Old, the bathroom fixtures are coming off the wall, and it's NOT something I would pay $155 a night for..

They have a no refund policy, which is fine but they won't even refund your money if THEY BOOKED YOU FOR THE WRONG HOTEL. Don't trust them, I had the hotel front desk intervening calling them and letting them know that they made an error on their part. Nothing got done, they refuse to give you a managers name and refuse to answer calls when you're trying to get it resolved. I have screenshots showing what their booking site has posted, what I paid for and its TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THINGS. SCAMMERS. I'm warning you guys, the price looks good because it's a hit and miss. The hotel even called the third party and they didn't even have this mystery "confirmation code". I called two days in a row and got ONE lady on the phone both times, they don't even have a proper staff. Run. In the pictures below, that's what their website had and they booked me for a different hotel and is telling me "no that's what you booked". When you can clearly see that I agreed to on the website, scammers.

Last Wednesday was the first time I ever used BookingBargains; it will likely be that last time too. Wednesday afternoon (8/23/23) I booked a room at the Morgan Hotel in Morgantown WV for 2 nites, Wednesday and Thursday night. My wife and I would be arriving late, and we wanted to make sure we had a place to sleep. My credit card was immediately charged as expected. Late on Wednesday, when we arrived at the hotel, I was told it was closed because of an underground gas line leak and would likely be closed for several days. The people at the hotel were very customer focused and recommended another place in town that had rooms. As soon as I checked into the other hotel, I emailed BookingBargains to request a refund Wednesday evening, and cc'd the hotel. Within minutes, the Morgan hotel Guest Services Supervisor confirmed to BookingBargains and me in an email reply that the Morgan Hotel was closed due to the gas line leak, that we were sent to another hotel, and approved the refund for the 2 nite booking.
It's now late on Monday (8/28), have checked with Booking Bargains twice, Friday and today, and we still have no confirmation from BookingBargains that I'll be refunded. I'll initiate a formal dispute with my credit card company tomorrow.
Customer service at BookingBargains has been useless. Kenneth in customer service said on Friday they are waiting on a response from the hotel. Fortunately, the hotel had cc'd me on the response they'd sent last Wednesday night. I resent that email to Kenneth but have not gotten any response.
What also concerns me is that BookingBargains doesn't seem to care that a hotel they were/are booking rooms for was, and maybe still is, closed!
I was very satisfied as I booked with ease. I will definitely use this site again. And I will recommendit to friends and family.
Simple so far! Room was available upon check in. Unfortunately the breakfast was tasteless so we went and got gas station food to eat on the road.
