The front desk lady didn't understand what I was asking for when I asked for a blanket. We were thirsty and there were no drink options through the entire hotel and THANKFULLY there was a gas station across the street. The pool was full of chemicals and the hot tub was luke warm. I decided to use the workout equipment and the place was not well cleaned. There was dust everywhere and half of the equipment didn't work properly. When we went for breakfast at 8:45am (they close at 9:30) the milk was out, there were no drink options except for water. The cereal was refilled using off brand cereal and the wrong ones (normal Cheerios for honey nut ones). They didn't bring out any fresh fruit or extra bagels or muffins when they ran out. My room also has a hole in the door "fixed" with white duct tape. I wish I could add a photo to this post to prove that I'm not over exaggerating.

Roach motel dark dinghy the whole room was very old. All the medal was rusty throughout room the bathroom sink only came out cold water couldn't shave had to use bathtub. Facet in the sink was broken mirror was pitted. The only reason I went there was the name BEST WESTERN this experience turned me off to them. I asked them for my money back they said no pre paid to BookingBargains? All the other sites said pay when you get there.

Front desk very pleasant when I called requesting a downstairs room near pool. Upon arrival hours later was also very pleasant. Breakfast was great; everything from oatmeal, scrambled & hard boiled eggs, sausages, waffles, breads, bagels, muffins, cereals, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, milk.

Price was raised $20 at the last second, which I paid for, and then it was lowered a few hours later, once I had already made a non-refundable booking. Unfortunate, but I still saved money over other big name sites!

Quick and convenient booking option. Found the room & location with a savings lower than other sites with the same room listing. 1st time using this site, and I will reference it in the future. Make sure to not sign up for not selling you information with cookies and email blocker.

Easy to use website. Great prices. Lots of options. We needed somewhere simple and inexpensive to stay overnight so we could wake up early and go to the airport. We were able to find a no frills room that was much less than all other websites we searched and were extremely pleased.

Booking was easy. Many hotels were presented for view including their prices making it easy to compare. I did contact to make a change immediately after booking, noticing an error on my part, but was not permitted to make any changes. This was a bit of a disappointment. Otherwise all went well.

Beautiful place very friendly staff, my microwave in my room did not work & free breakfast is coffee, muffins, bananas, bagels. No hot breakfast, but overall a very nice clean place to stay. I recommend it to anyone.

Thank you for provided affordable rates. Sometimes some of us can't afford to stay at nicer hotels and you make it happen. I went to visit my son at college and so appreciate of the cost. I will only use your website if I need to book again.

Got a last-minute booking using the Trivago app on my phone. Compared to others, Bookingbargains offered the best price for the same room by 20%, which I paid in advance. I was greeted cordially at check-in, and received excellent service.

Unlike many sites I found that bookingbargains remained transparent and therefor easy and less stressful to navigate than those that deliberately hide additional necessary charges to artificially lower their offers on google search engines/their own websites.

BookingBargains' price for the hotel I stayed at was significantly lower than any other site. And I didn't have to sacrifice important conveniences like free cancellation. Usually, when prices are really low, it's a non-refundable rate. But not with BookingBargains! And the booking process was straightforward and simple. The only thing would have made the experience better is if BookingBargains would have specified exactly how much the resort fees (to be paid at the hotel) would be. I noticed other sites gave exact amounts for the resort fee, whereas BookingBargains only told me that there would be one but not how much it was.

First time using this site. I was a little wary given some of the negative reviews I saw, but I saw a whole lot of positive reviews, as well. Since the price offered on this site was well below other prices for the exact same thing, I decided to give it a shot. I got my confirmation immediately, and there were no issues whatsoever at check-in.
