The rep on the phone I'm as downright rude. I had to hang up. Did it online. They didn't honor what they said and they were nasty rude and pathetic.
Smell was horrible walking into lobby. Made reservation 15 minutes before showing up and tried to cancel. One of the worst places to stay.
Great experience I would definitely use the site again
After driving 3hours, I reached the destination of the address listed on your site as Oyo Hotel, only to be told that Oyo hotel does not exist. The desk clerk informed me that I was the 12th person that had came with fictitious reservations from your website. I called to get a refund and was told to call back in 48 hour.

When I arrived at Extended Stay America, I was told by the manager Janette that my room reservation was there, but that my payment from the third party booking site(s) (bookingbargains.com or vacaplay.com) was not.
I waited a total of five hours. And at the end of that time, I was told that they no longer had a room and they never received my money in all that time. Although my credit card was charged,
Jeanette was not very helpful to those whose money had not arrived. Any time she went to the computer to check her reservation, time stood still.Like she didn't know what she was doing. By the end of the night she would tell me that, the manager said.That the room was no longer available for rent.So I waited there.Many hours.For nothing.
At one time Jeanette was gone for over an hour as I stood there waiting to recheck my status. She lied and said that she was answering the phones but I called the hotel and no one answered. I even called the E.S.A reservation line and THEY called to try to find her but no answer. My calls to the manager Kriss were also not answered. Guests would come in and wait and finally give up and had to come back later.
Many people were turned away while I was there, waiting for my nonexistent room at Extended Stay America because these third party sites Like Booking.com and BookingBargains.com overbook rooms. So even though these people had printed confirmation numbers, there were no rooms for them either and they were turned away.
The weekend had a concert at the Bronco stadium as well as Denver Pride. I tried a total of 3 times to get a room to have my payment taken but not given to the correct people.
I was not refunded on this fiasco until July 10th. After many calls and emails to all involved. The general manager at Extended Stay America, Kriss was unreachable by me.
NEVER will I use a third party site to book anything again, no matter how cheap they are, I will go directly through the hotel websites.
What a scam! Never have I had such a bad problem with these sites. LESSON LEARNED.
Website was easy to use and everything processed smoothly. We'll see how well it worked when we get there, I guess.
Booked wrong day but would not even consider refund or changing location where we could use our booking but very rude and just said no refunds or exchanges so buyer beware

I never even got to stay for my reservation that was booked because for one they took the money off my card and put it into another account that's not mine than they canceled the reservation and never refunded me my money

I booked a room for the night around 7:30 pm, got at the hotel at around 1:00 am, Manager of hotel said he never received the booking and were fully booked. I called bookingbargains and they first said I have to wait 1 hour while they get in touch with their supplier through 'email'. They have a horrible operations system. Then I was told it can take a lesser while when I insisted that it shouldent take that long and I had plans to go somewhere else after dropping my stuff at the hotel. When I called back later, another customer representative answered and tried to say that it was my fault for showing up so late (after 12:00 am) and the hotel had marked my reservation as a no show -luckily the manager of the hotel was in front of me and I immediately confronted him about this, and he immediately clearified that they haven't ended the 'night' yet for the previous day and night closing happens at 4:00 am and not before, he even said let me talk to the person, but the customer representative of booking bargains.com declined and said he is not allowed to talk to the manager. It seemed like the customer representative of bookingbargains.com desperately wanted to shift the blame on me, very horrible customer service. Anyways, then I was told the matter had been escalated to the next step and to wait 24-48 hours about being informed what will happen and the most that can happen is that I get a refund, no compensation / coupon they wanted to give to me for their blunder. Do NOT Trust this website, and if you must take all necessary precautions like calling the actual hotel etc. beforehand to ensure the booking actually even exists.
