The hotel booking stated that no payment would be made until hotel check in. My credit card was charged the full payment amount shortly after!
Site was easy to navigate, and booking was a breeze; and, I didn't have to make an account!
I book the hotel 3 days, When I went there it was bad area. I called the them to move me to the different Hotel and they told me they will try to get me refund and wanted to charge me for the new booking.
I ask them to refund me for 2 days but again stone walling.

We had a great relaxing time. Front desk was swift with our checking. The room was okay. The bed was not a queen but a full size bed.

Die Website war nur auf Englisch. Und die Ansicht der Mobile-Version war teilweise mühsam. Vorallem als es darum ging, das die persönlichen Daten einzutragen. Manchmal waren Texte überlappt und ich musste herausfinden, wie ich trotzdem alles eintracen konnte.
