I am giving them a 1 because I can't select a 0. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY you can get the same items on Amazon and they are cheaper. I placed an order on 6/5/22 with Boogzel Apparel, & the items were received on 6/23/22. The items were not as depicted on the website & the quality was not very good. Per their website, they state that they will provide refunds for returned items. On 7/5/22, I requested return shipping information which was provided on 7/6/22. I shipped the items on 7/7/22 to the address listed in France via US Post Office Tracking No. CH*******US. On 7/10/22, Boogzel Apparel requested information on the package, & I provided pictures of the customs paperwork, pictures of the box & the label, & also provided the tracking number. The package was received at the "collection point for pick up" in France on 7/23/22, & I contacted them on 7/26/22 to see if the package had been received & got no response. I contacted them again on 7/29/22 & again they did not respond. I contacted them again on 8/8/22, & they replied on 8/9/22 & said a customer service manager would contact me within 48 hours. On 8/15/22, I advised that I was still waiting to hear back from customer service, & on 8/16/22 they sent a response stating that my order had been successfully delivered which had nothing to do with the return & refund. I responded on 8/16/22 & asked for confirmation that the package had been received & status on my refund, & they still have not provided a response. I sent a follow up message on 8/18/22 since I checked the USPS tracking tool & saw that the package was still "awaiting collection at the pick up point" & told them that I had made numerous attempts to resolve the situation & that I would be filing a dispute with PayPal.

My daughter loves the clothes, shoes, and accessories. The customer service is great too.

I love this site. They have amazing clothes that you cant get anywhere else. So unique!.
