I ordered a denim bow jacket, paid around $30 for it. The measurements were off and the quality was also bad, it was not denim at all. Anyways, the return policy is shady. They give you a return address to Italy...ITALY...when the company is based is Los Angeles. If you want to return, it has to go to customs so in reality you're paying double...not worth it at all. I emailed them this (it was polite), and they never got back to me. STAY AWAY!

Shipping didn't take too long about two weeks with regular shipping, but their customer service is by far the best that I have experienced from any website. I was having troubles with returning an item and they responded right away by email, I was so surprised! And they solved the problem in a timely manner while also being kind as well. I will definitely purchase from here again!

I was missing 3 out of the 17 items I ordered. I tried contacting them and they told me to send them the already received items with the barcode? Which I had already thrown out but it made no sense because what the hell does that prove? I received a link from them to track-- only 14 were on there. Im not even sure if they gave me a refund for the missing items... They stopped responding because I voiced how weird it was that they want these details about items that have literally nothing to do with the three that were missing. If you need proof that I don't have them-- it literally is shown that you only shipped 14 in the tracking link you sent me. Side eye. SIDE EYE.

I recently ordered shoes from this company, but unfortunately, my package never arrived. Despite sending a total of 8 emails, I have not received a single response—neither through the regular email channels nor on Facebook. I paid for the shoes, but I never received them. This lack of communication and failure to deliver the product has left me extremely disappointed.

I would strongly advise against recommending this company to others, and I personally will never make a purchase from them again. The lack of customer service and failure to fulfill orders is unacceptable, and I regret having chosen to do business with them.

I have emailed them several times and they keep saying it's at the post office, went to the post office several times to find out there is nothing! I emailed them again and again with absolutely no response, do not order from them, they will rip you off!

First time shopper here and I genuinely had a good experience. Everything I bought is super cute and it makes me feel like an Instagram baddie, bought everything on sale too so it was super cheap! Very satisfied!

I was unable to locate my confirmation email. Customer care girl responded quickly and instead of sending me down a rabbit hole through my junk folders was able to send me my order number and links for updates to track my order. Thank you!

I sent them an email 2 minutes after i ordered because i realized i'd messed up the first line of my address. They replied exactly 2 minutes later saying they fixed it for me, and it shipped less than half an hr after that. My package arrived 3 days later (i paid for express shipping). And yes, i checked all the timestamps. :) i'm super pleased! The shirts are super cute and despite all the reviews online, i didn't size up and everything fit perfectly. <3 hopefully i can add more boogzel to my closet in the future!

I ordered a jumper but it had a small hole in the sleeve so I contacted customer service. They offered a refund if I could stitch the jumper myself (I couldn't), so they sent me a new one next day delivery for free and told me I didn't even need to return the old one! Fast and helpful customer service, the jumper is super cute too minus the defaults.

Horrible Experience. We purchased the wrong size boots and when we tried to return them for the correct size, we were informed that Boogzel Apparel would not accept the return. Instead, we would need to send the boots to Russia! The cost of shipping the boots to Russia would have been almost as much as the boots. This tells me that Boogzel Apparel is simply a middleman with no inventory. They take orders and then place the order from the Russia to the customer. Their "customer service" was horrible. I don't recommend this seller. In fact, I would say to be very careful about dealing with Boogzel Apparel.

Boogzel is seriously my favorite store for cothing and accessories. Their stuff is so beautiful. I spend way too much money there. I can't find any of the style of clothing i loke to wear in stores, and everyone always asks me where i get my clothing. They always put out new stuff/ The only thing I complain about is the items sometimes quickly go out of stock and I have constantle watch and see of they come back

I ordered a dress, received a confirmation e mail.
They pocket the money, erased the product from the site and never send it to you. Never answered my email, asking for the status or a refund.
DO NOT BUY from this FRAUDULENT SITE.

Ordered a variety of items during BF. All were great some didn't fit well on me. The returns were resolved quickly. Ideally a refund would be the money paid not a gift receipt but I can't fault any other part of the service.

How can you not love this site! So much cool, Eccentric, trendy and colorful stuff.
There is something for everyone, just have to spend the time to took.

Boogzel Apparel not only have such hard to find... Bad $#*! Stuff... They make everything right when it comes to any issues or questions that needs to be addressed.
I will shop with Boogzel for many years to come.

Ive shopped online on Boogzel many times before and most of my orders came really quickly; apart from one item that got cancelled and refunded because it was out of stock. The Customer service is also really good, I advice emailing them because they reply quickly and will most likely do something about it.
The clothes are also really good quality and aesthetic too.

I've shopped with Boogzel hundreds of times and I've never had an issue! It's my favourite go to store for anything I'm needing. Fast shipping, great quality, amazing customer service and the size range fits the same for all items so I never have an issue with fit! Love them!

Shopping on boogzel has always been so easy ( i legit just buy my boots and shoes there and it will never change!) Even the customer care have a fast answer if you need help or if you need some informations. Im not disapointed in anything :)

Oh my gosh, boogzel apparel is FABULOUS! One of a kind items with reasonable prices especially with the sales they have going on. I bought 2 tops which I absolutely am in love with and got a ton of compliments on my first day wearing them.
