Shopping on boogzel has always been so easy ( i legit just buy my boots and shoes there and it will never change!) Even the customer care have a fast answer if you need help or if you need some informations. Im not disapointed in anything :)

Oh my gosh, boogzel apparel is FABULOUS! One of a kind items with reasonable prices especially with the sales they have going on. I bought 2 tops which I absolutely am in love with and got a ton of compliments on my first day wearing them.

Love the clothes and vibes! I accidentally put my apt number in the wrong section so it didn't save it and my package got held at a carrier warehouse but i emailed and the got back to me like within the next day and got it all sorted out! Only thing i recommend is maybe make it easier to find the email to get a response bc i tried a different email before that and i also tried texting calling and it said that service wasn't working. But hopefully i get my package tomorrow since it's the next town over. Angel the employee who i was talking to was super nice! Thanks xoxox

I contacted customer support as I wasn't happy with one of my items. I spoke to Charlotte and she was very responsive and helpful and dealt with my concern very quickly. Great service. Thank you.

I have been shopping at Boogzel for years now. They have the best styles and keep on always improving their services and shippings. The customer service is the best in the world! They are the sweetest and most helpful! Always responding incredibly fast and go out of their way to help you and delivery a heartfelt messages!

Honestly i saw bad revies, but now i don't really understand why. I ordered a couple of items, and each piece is made soooo well, and i also got a mask as a gift =)

UPS lost my package in transit. Unfortunately boogzel did make me wait 1 month until I could be issued a refund or resend my package despite using express shipping. However as soon as I hit the 1 month timeline they issued a refund on the orders that were now out of stock and resent the items that were in stock on their fastest shipping. Thanks to Victoria and Angel for the help.

Products did not match pictures, were the incorrect sizes and very poor quality. I followed all their instructions for return but have not received a refund and have had all my emails ignored for months!

Terrible quality products, sent the wrong size and would not refund/exchange without me sending item to FRANCE, which would cost more than the price of the item. BEWARE they are scammers selling terrible merchandise with shady return practices.

Ordered a pair of shoes. Took almost 3 weeks to receive because it shipped from China! Opened the package to discover they sent me the wrong size from what I ordered. No phone number to call so had to send an email. Takes them more than 24 hours (often more than 48 hours) to respond to my emails. Relentless back and forth asking me for pictures, etc which I provided to them only for them to then tell me that before they issue me a refund or exchange, they want me to pay international shipping to ship the product to some address in FRANCE (despite the fact that their website says they are based in California and that this was THEIR MISTAKE) and only after they receive the shoes will they then issue me a refund or exchange. Yeah right, like I believe that. Don't trust this company!

Ordered a hat from this HORRIBLE company. They sent the wrong color & wanted me to mail it back to France. Are you kidding me? You made an error and want me to pay shipping back to France.

They have a deal going on for free express shipping if you spend more than $100, I thought I had chosen it at checkout but somehow it got swapped back to standart. I emailed them and before I ever replied to their first email, they went ahead and fixed it forme!
