I ordered spare front shockers for my Tata Nano car via order id # *******627-1089. Estimated time of delivery is passed and order not received. After calling to their customer service number my call is diverted to IVR there is no any person to take the calls. Please be aware and check reviews before placing orders.

THEY DONT SEND THE PRODUCT. THEY GIVE A FALSE MESSAGE THAT THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DISPATCHED. YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY. THIS IS A FAKE APP WHERE THEY LOOT YOUR MONEY. THEY DONT HAVE AGENUINE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER. IF YOU DONT WANT TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY PLS DONT ORDER. I ORDERED AND LOST MY MONEY

It is so hard to contact customer support. I am so frustrated. One of my order has not been delivered. God knows how to get the status or refund for that matter.

I placed an order at boodmo after 15 days when I followed up they replied me that your were not available which was not the fact actually they have very weak channel of delivery moreover their own administration is as well very bad. Nobody listen you. We should try to avoid order them rather we can use our local channel.

Bodmo is just fraud don't order any thing from badmo. No customer support. No response for your raised ticket. After pay the amount for your order. They don't cancel your order and they don't refund amount. There is no way to talk the costomer care.

Waste of time and money orders item suddenly vanished showing I am not ordered nothing date of delivery changed frequently

Very poor and pathetic delivery service. I ordered some parts for my car on 28 August and estimated time of delivery was 7th September. Courier not delivered as its now 30 september. Never ever buy anything from such irresponsible website... dont waste your money with such lazzy people. #fraudboodmo

I ordered a Fuel filter through boodmo from one of thier suppliers named SWARAJ for my vento Car. I received a used item as seen in the pictures. Boodmo also now is in collusion with them by not closing the delivery window and still showing as undelivered so that i dont have the option if creating a return ticket

Time wasters and worst of worst, placed the order on 06-06-2023 on prepaid, no communication from boodmo, after waiting for 2 months and several emails they didnt deliver and finally refunded.

This is the second time you are cancelling my order.i waited for the product to come in stock and paid when in stock came then u cancelled and refunded. And again you guys are repeating this same. I order again and paid it was in stock. I checked daily in work it is showing. I ordered on 28th july 2023 today august 3 now u refunding me!? What a seller is it? I was prepaid ok. It was in stock and waited this much day and suddenly it become unavailable how? Explain me. It is very cheap boodmo. If you can't do the job properly please stop this business. It is not due to unavaillability of the item understand that. At the time of booking it was there and for 7 days it was there till then y couldn't you pack the item? Don't you have any manners? Don't give me silly bloody excuses.

In short Its been more than a month have not received my accessories ordered and paid for.

No customer service. The worst company to deal with... The Government should shut this company. A total Fraud.

I ordered a mobile holder for my car. I received the damaged product after 4-5 days. Instantly, I sent an email with the product image and tried to call them, but their customer number is not valid.

Now they are refusing to replace the product and are also not providing a refund.

Not recommended.
