My order no. Is 2305/*******-1 and book on 23/05/20 today is 22/06/20 but still not received material. Four times extend date by them.
Never by any product it's fraud company.

In this Instant Generation they don't have the call center for Customer Queries you have to write a mail and wait to 24 hours to get reply.
Is this way to provide service to their respective customer?

I had purchased parts for my chevrolet sail and some parts are not for my car so i returned it unused and now they told me that this part is not in proper condition. I have video of parts that in returned it to and now they are not accepting it that the product was damaged in transportation by their company.so why i bear this?
Last but least i want to say they are a Big Fraudsters they Take money when you order a product but don't deliver it on time Even after a Month you placed a order they are just Making Money online they are Making up a Big Trap online of making Customers Fool by showing them Genuine product and after that making Money online please dont take Risk of even 0% on this Boodmo people site they are having their own Monopoly on which this Fraudsters Company Works. I have made my order on 8th of January and today it is 25 of January and had paid Extra money for Fast Delivery. But this is the Response of this Fraudsters Company.
I ordered purolator fule fliter for my skoda rapid, after driving the car about 10 KMs, fule filter started leaking and spilling diesel on the road.
I removed the filter to tighten the bottom screw- realised the plastic housing couldn't withstand temp and fuel pressure and screw was free.
How irresponsible and risky...
After 20 days the status changed to backorder. I had a chat with customer support and he said they have no estimated time to say when the products will be ready to ship. I cancelled the order and till now i haven't got the refund. It is been 4 weeks since i cancelled and not received the money yet. They say some excuses or the other. But never process the refund. Its a fraud site. Better to stay away from the. I think i have to complaint to cybercrime about them.
The estimated delivery date which they give you when you order your parts is a big JOKE.
If you have all the time in the world, and don't really care when your parts will arrive, this is the best place to order. You are better off ordering the parts from the moon, and I'm sure they will be delivered to you before BOODMO.
The only thing consistent about boodmo is their Chat support, as they consistently give you only one advice " Kindly email *******@boodmo to get details for your order ". Thats the only thing they tell you every time you contact them.
This portal doesn't have capacity to deliver goods, in fact real story is after online order, portal search for in local market (Which is so called their Global Vendors). Shameless people,

I got a call from mrs. Upadhyay after go through my resume and when I asked what they are offering, she replied on the basis of experience and last salary. When I reached there they offer less 5k from past salary. Apart from that,

If you have ordered from Boodmo... then get ready to wait for the item... forever. The parts are fake... kurla or mayapuri will give you better quality parts and that to 100 times faster that this so called e commerce site. The owner of the company is least bothered about your experience.
Pathetic Service and Shameless People
Have been placing order for car parts on this website and not a single time they have delivered the parts on time. At the time of placing the order they show expected delivery date but parts are received many days after that and sometimes the parts aren't received at all and they end up cancelling the order.
Recently I had placed an order for parts and at the time of placing the order their website was showing delivery within 10 days. Owing to my past experience I was ok with parts being delivered a little bit later than as shown, but 1 month passed and there was no info about the order. Upon posting the issue on their website I received a reply that the parts arent in stock and are in backorder so it might take some more time. So I waited. 5 more weeks passed and still there was no sign of the parts I ordered. So I again posted an issue on their website upon which I received the same reply that the parts are in back order and it might take more time. So I ended up emailing them today to cancel the order.
They show false availability and delivery time for parts. Not worth wasting your time as you will end up waiting for parts and the parts may not even arrive and they will simply cancel your order. It's better to search for car parts on global websites like amazon.com. You don't face such problems with them.
I had ordered two Tata Safari parts from Boodmo on 22 Jul 18, Order no#2107/*******. Its 19 Aug 18 and still none of the items have been received. One item is yet to be dispatched and other shows delivery date as 08 Aug 18. I would recommend everyone to refrain from Boodmo.com as it is a fraud company with no regards to its commitment towards customers. Stay away from them else you will feel cheated like me.
Ordered TRW brake pads for my audi q3 was supplied fake product, brakes started sqealing after 5 km post installation. Fraud do not buy
