Bodomo is a useless set up. Don't waste your time being with them. I paid money, kept waiting, they kept shifting delivery dates; this continued. I then cncelled the order. Refund I am yet to get in my bank account. There is no option to rate them below 0 or at least zero hence rated them 1.

One of the WORST and SCAMSTERS of online auto parts platform for car users. I truly recommend not buy anything from BOODMO as few you tubers promote these guys and they cheat us heavily.

I have ordered i20 fog lamps for 2017 elite model. They sent me the product and after delivery I opened the parcel and saw that it's not same as shown in picture. In catelog the fog lamps are total black from the back side and the onE which I received was silver from back side. I received the parcel in night and I straight way tried to put the complain but in BOODMO app the status was not shown as delivered.

In the morning I put the return request and delivery guy came and took it back after few days I noted that the request got rejected. I sent them email by stating that the reason of rejection but I. Getting automated email that we are working on your query and Will revert back in 24-48hrs.

The email chat the thread now reached to 14 emails. Now you can see that to get things rectified you have to send email as you cannot directly reach out.

Now the situation is My money is with BOODMO and their product is with them and I left with nothing. They are just playing with me over email.
You guys also sent me email with video link and I noted that the fog lamps were totally off the camera which does not show the evidence of original product delivered at my door steps.

The biggest scam they did that you cannot directly touchbase to the customer care. They only give 4 options and then it will give you steps to perform those. This is how they cheat customers and sending them non branded product through BOODMO platform.

A big to those YouTubers who promote these scamsters.

I ordered a Tube Liquid part of MS 800 which showed available and was on sale, so i bought the same@ INR 980 + 19 for delivery. The date of order was on 22/06/2021. I kept waiting for few days to get the updates, but after 5 days an E-mail was sent to me from Boodmo saying the part was unavailable and that it might take few more days to dispatch.
As of now, i have received 4 E-mails with only expected date of delivery (Expecting more :D) .
Had the part been unavailable they shouldn't have shown available in their Website (As is can see it even now).
I believe that's the easiest way of cheating a customer of their money!
Please think Thrice before buying from them!

Don't buy products from boodmo.com they are fraud and cheat. They not only bad at services. But they also change you product by there own. This web site is totally fraud. There is only image showing in the web site, but they don't have anything in hand. Which is again a part of trust. But you can't trust the one who can change you product by there own. And send you something else. With the proof that you order that product only.

This company has no respect for customers time, money etc. Never seem to have even heard of Customer Service. Will go down the drain soon. Liars, cheats and scamsters. They will. Lie through their teeth about delivery dates, etc. Simply not worth dealing with. Needs to be blacklisted everywhere. I ordered parts, paid 100% advance, waited for 45 days and listened patiently to tons of lies. Waste of time. Their management needs a wake up call... Probably too late judging by the market feedback.

As much as this site shows the parts and inventories, trust me when I say this. They are good for nothing and just wasting your time and using your money for the period after which you cancel the order.

I have had to cancel 5 orders in sequence and after a month there is no update on dispatch and when you contact their customer service, they have standard replies that "we don't own all the products in our physical stock. Sometimes parts may take longer than expected".

Really guys? Can anyone live with this service knowing how important it is to get a part for your automobile?

This is a wrong place to be as they have no control on their business or supply chain. Don't waste your time.

Made the biggest mistake of ordering on this boodmo website, for:
1.) The day I ordered, my mobile started getting FLOODED by their marketing discount SMS's continously. 2 SMS's every hour. I do not even own these cars but getting everyday discount SMS's for these car parts. Complained SO MANY via mails to the customer support and they ask me to "block" them, pathetic
2.) The parts I ordered have not yet reached my even after 1 month, I just keep getting "Date Changed" mails form them every time
3.) Their customer service numbers are never reachable

In past I've ordered couple of time and regretted it, they dont have parts, the date keep shifting, I've ordered in past and same thing, technically speaking I've actually never used parts provided by boodmo as tbey never got to me, I've always have to find alternatives... sharing my screen shot just as a proof...
