This is the best eCommerce site online. The interface is one of the most simple sites to use and their support is second to none. Highly recommend this site.
Everything was great and timely. I was confused at first but they sent me the instructions and everything was fast and great and exactly what it was suppose to be.
I had never heard of this site before and was weary on placing an order, but I couldn't find any other offer like what one of their Sellers was offering (custom made stocking with an estimated delivery date well before Christmas). The process was smooth and the Seller was FANTASTIC to work with. The stocking arrived well before Christmas and was QUALITY work. Don't be so quick to pass over the little guy or the "unknown", it may be just what you are looking for!
There is no communication to help buyers with seller committing fraud. Buy else where or take the risk.
They won't close your account-they do not update shipping addresses. Customer service is bad. No traf
If you open a free booth and are competing with a paid booth selling the same thing your account will be closed suddenly then they deem your account "HIGH RISK"
Worst part is they claimed I was selling a prohibited product on their site and apparently it was only a prohibited product for a free site to sell since the guy paying $200.00 a month for a booth is currently still selling the prohibited product.
Then there are the "low fees" they push the fact that they only charge a 3.5% fee for each item sold and that is true but you will get no advertising what so ever for that 3.5% which means Zero traffic to your booth, if you opt for the advertising on google shopping the fees jump up to over 9% per sale so you may as well stay with ebay at least you will get more traffic there.
Then there is the way they collect those fees, one would think you will be billed monthly No No No not on Bonanza every time your balance owed reaches $25.00 they go and hit your bank account with no warning even if you checked the box asking for notice before they withdraw fees from your bank account... that in itself is a warning that this is a shady company.
Customer service is a joke they call it the "zendesk" really? None existant help all replies are of a generic canned prewritten answer type, the whole site is riddled with sad attempts at humor which says a lot about the quality of the site itself.
My opinion is to stay as far away from Bonanza as you can... if it is too good to be true it probably is
I am a seller on Bonanza. Have a booth in Etsy, lots of visits, favorites etc, without paying anything.
In Bonanza I pay for my membership, + turbotraffic + a good share of any sale for advertising. I also set up a google ads campaign pointing to bonanza, and a launch discount.
0 Visits after months. Turbo Traffic is paid but not being used, and driving 0 visitors. Customer support offers same pre made answer.
I google "bonanza scam" because it is what feels like now, and the net is flooded with bad reviews.
Possibly reviews from here are full of fake reviews from Bonanza staff, because looking at other results, there are sites with more than idk, 50 complaints both from sellers and buyers from bonanza, just this month.
This is the worse marketplace I put my feet into. Not recommended, put hunreds of hours setting up my booth, thinking it would work like Etsy, and bring me more visits from different users.
Also, now I do understand why so many negative reviews here, and so few on their trustpilot review site. I was gonna post this review there, but they require you an "transaction id" number which I don't know what is it.
Can't post without a valid one. Guess how you get one? Asking to bonanza, lol.
So many bad reviews on this site. (smh) One of the problems is i think, The "Go To" place is ebay. If you can find it on that hell forsaken site, why look anyplace else? I know, i sell there also. But i sell on lots of sites, ebay has taught me not to "put all my egg's in one basket, so to speak" however, I do feel most at home on Bonanza. Sales all depend on what someone is looking for... if they find it on ebay, that's it. Why look any further, UNLESS you bring them there. Yes, we have to tweet, and pin and advertise our items like crazy. But i do get sales out of it. And never, not once, have i ever received a return on an item. Also, Bonanza has recently gotten many "Ebay refugee's" and if something does not sell right away, they get all mad and complain and leave. Well, in my opinion, one day ebay will either no longer be there or will run the small seller out of town, as they have been trying to do... Then maybe these sellers will learn how to tweet and pin their own items. There is nothing underhanded about this site... it IS free to list items, fee's are less than ebay, customer service is awesome (if anyone tell's you different, sorry its just not the truth) sales are not as good as over there, but its alot less hassle. I love Bonanza.
Was selling for 6 month, 3 sales, $48 total. Traffic is poor, I checked weekly, sometimes no visit in a week.
Finally they sent a mssge suspending my account for some items that I have that were not in compliance with their policies, proceed to removed as they asked, waiting for weeks to reopen it, mails ignored.
Today after 2 weeks, they told me without an explanation that will not reopen my store, not even can sign it and get my data back or erase my personal and financial information. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO DO BUSINESS,
CAN CLOSE YOUR ACCT AT ANYTIME WITHOUT A REASON.
TRAFFIC IS BAAADDDDDDD
Recently I purchased some items from Ps_youwontforgerme with amount $434.00, suddenly Bonanaz send email said my account is lock, they are unable to open it for me, I tried to contact them and attached my roof purchased with Psyouwontforgetme, Bonanaz customer service never answer back to me, I sent out 2 email to Psyouwontforgetme to discussed about item I bought, and would like PS... me process the service, Ps... me did not answer me either, I called PayPal and asked for dispute, PayPal customer service had sent out email to contact Ps... me and gave them 3 days to resolve the issue, to day is a third day, if Psyouwontforgetme do not answer back to PayPal and me, I am going to dispute for all. $434.00 is huge money
I have tried everythings I could and politely I contact and very patience, either Bonanaz and Psyouwontforgetme are not cooperating with me, so I had to have PayPal involve, or legal action
I have been a seller on Bonanza.com for approximately 3 months. They do have some good features pertaining to selling on this site but not many people know about the site so most of your buyers will be first time visitors due to online google ads they place which they charge you for. The site support is atrocious. They don't allow you to call them, only if you signed up for certain memberships (Titan $200 mo.)will they allow you to place a phone appt with them. If you use their escrow account to receive credit & debit transactions they don't always pay you on the date it says the fund are to be released, sometimes your paid the next day from the release date but most of the time it's 2-5 days afterwards, it's like they don things when they get around to it. Get this, I sent a message asking how do they pay out and why is it inconsistent and they put my escrow account to "inelgible status" and removed the release dates on the $1,000 I still had remaining in escrow because someone got in their feelings. This site seems to be run by one family out of their house or something. Customer service does whatever they want to. I upgraded by membership from a Pro to Titan for an extra $130 mo. And don't receive any better traffic than before so I canceled the upgrade. Other sites offer much more support than this one.
My lawn mower deck messed up and Bonanza.com had a very low price on on a rebuild kit now my old mower mows like new thanks Bonanza I save a lot of money
I've had a booth at Bonanza for many years. Excellent help when needed. Good customer service. Thanks.

Imma start this off with the only reason this website is getting one star is because I have to too! I ordered a pair of Nike shoes from the a seller from their website in hopes that this website was going to be like most AMAZON, Ebay ect! Well I purchased the shoes 5 days later never received anything. I go to tracking and it says my shoes had been delivered in person at my house I never received the shoes. So I contact seller about this he calls me a liar and says contact bonanza support so I did. They told me they don't deal with any shipping, orders, or anything. Like what in the hell kind of selling website is this! They don't back anything so if your order gets lost or delivered to the wrong place your $#*!ed! So I'm screwed out of $94 and a pair of shoes! I swear I wish I would have known or read reviews about this $#*!hole website! DON'T BUY OFF THIS WEBSITE AND DON'T BUY FROM TITANIC MARKET!
I ordered complete season of the dukes of hazard, and the seller on bonanza stole my money on my credit card, and didn't send me nothing. So bonanza don't care one bit, just tells me to work it out with pay pal, but pay pal didn't steal my money bonanza did.
DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THEIVES
I'm reporting the Company and I used to like it from a seller standpoint. I apparently had a less than $5 user bill and had medical issue. I was unable to even get online. Once I got back, I saw the bill and tried to login. They suspended the account and no email as to why, no email that they were going to do that, just plain nothing. I email support trying to pay them because I'm supposed to pay but no way I can pay! I was a member when they first started where half the features I suppose now weren't available back then. I get an email over the weekend saying it'll be $25.00 and some paypal address to send it to... I was livid. I explained my situation and they didn't even care. I told them you all didn't tell me anything and I get nasty messages. All I want to do is pay the $4.21. They just keep sending me a paypal address. I will be reporting them for their practices. I still want to pay the bill but I'm not paying an extra $25.00 for something I couldn't control. I could honestly even understand if I was ever late on a payment, completely, but this is just plain ridiculous.

Excellent place to sell. Here you can see honest sellers. And of course like a flea market, swapmeets, ebay, amazon and other places to sell you can found bad sellers but for me works fine.
Waited two years for an item because of covid and now the seller has shut down his account.
When I asked about the item, a year ago I got the Gettysburg address for an answer.
I sell on Etsy but things have been a little slow lately so I decided to look at other options and ran across Bonanza. I imported all my info from Etsy but still had to invest another six hours to put in missing information. Perfect... right?!?! Well... after I spent all this time, for some reason I had to log out to update my computer, etc. and when I tried to get back into Bonanza, it didn't recognize my username and/or password so I had them resent my password and they sent me a link to do so and when it went into Bonanza again, all it would says was "you have been successfully logged out" and nothing else. I then tried to reregister and then it have me a "163 error" and no other explanation. Can't reregister, can't talk to anyone, no one communicates back. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Go to
Ecrater or BluJay! Also, I've read elsewhere that unless you actually pay for a monthly membership with Bonanza, you won't get ANY traffic whatsoever on your site plus, unless you pay for the top of the line membership ($200 per month), you will not be able to communicate with the sites at all. WHAT A HEADACHE!
GREAT WEBSITE! Low priced items fast delivery on shipping and very smooth transactions five star customer service. Will shop here again I highly recommend this website.

Answer: Not fake but not a good site to do business
Answer: Ebay. I always get great customer service from ebay... as a seller. Bonanza provides no customer service; if you have an issue, they just keep sending the same "canned" response over and over... and I had one sale on Bonanza for which they charged me a 17% fee... then they took $25 more out of my bank account... I have addressed both of these issues with Bonanza... Regarding the huge 17% fee... they sent me about seven (7) of the same "canned" response. I wanted a lesser % fee since their website claims they always charge the "lowest fee possible"... just one "canned" response after another... If they would have offered a more reasonable % fee in order to provide me with satisfactory customer service. I would have been satisfied; but they did not... after the seventh "canned" response... I closed my booth... And NOW... EVEN WORSE... they took an additional $25.00 out of my bank account... and for what I have no idea. I called the phone number which was listed with the transaction on my bank account and of course got a recording. I left my information, and it has been four days... and still no response. When you call ebay, you speak to a live person who works to solve your concerns... I HATE BONANZA... and you would think that BONANZA would not want RIDICULOUSLY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS... but they do not care. I moved all my ebay items to Bonanza to see if it was a better experience than ebay... ebay's fees are 10%... and they have a much larger shopping audience... and they have real customer service people that you can talk to. Bonanza has a much smaller shopping audience, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, and their goal appears to be to charge sellers the most enormous fees that they can get away with. I never get online to post negative reviews... I generally get online to post about great customer service and great products... I like to keep things on the POSITIVE... but this is just not possible with BONANZA... they are like a Phantom Selling Platform... totally disgusted. I will be reporting BONANZA to the BBB and to the US Attorney General's Office. Very disappointing experience.
Answer: Sellers can create and offer coupons with zero limitations ("Sell on Bonanza > Edit booth options > Discounts & Coupons").
Answer: I set up my account with Bonanza and their platform is pretty much the same as setting up an account with eBay, Etsy, Amazon, etc. What problems are you having?
Answer: I have never seen any benefit to paying extra for advertising. Bonanza just doesnt do it like ebay does. Have you ever seen a Bonanza ad on TV? Nope. And therein lies the problem. Nobody will shop there if they havent heard of it. True many sellers are leaving ebay (or sadly being kicked off by the BS) but nearly everyone goes to Bonanza to SELL not to buy.
Answer: Yes and the answer be sure if ya are absent minded of being taken advantage of..
