I love this company. We had an awesome wet/dry bounce and slide combo for my son's 4th birthday party and it was a huge hit! Bouncin Bins couldn't have made it easier for us to rent from them. I highly recommend shopping here!
This is the first time I have used Boise Bouncin Bins and it could not have gone any better. I ordered a dunk tank for an event on the campus of my school and they had it delivered early, set up in I think under 10 minutes, and arrived right after the event finished up to pack everything up. The price was fantastic and would 10/10 recommend. I will definitely be reaching out next year to do it again and hopefully make it an annual tradition. I can't thank Boise Bouncin Bins enough for helping this event come to life with as little stress as possible.

The phone customer service was very helpful in making my reservation. I did request the same slide as the year before and when the team showed up for set up I noticed it was different. They said they no longer offer the previous one. Also was a little disappointed that we rented it from 6-midnight and they called me a few min before 8am for pick up. Knowing we had a late party, you would think that they would not call so early for pick up. The price was a little steep and we did have a few issues with where the main piece connected to the slides. The Velcro kept coming apart and causing burns/scratches on the skin. We tried to fix it several times. Overall it was good.

Bouncin Bins was great to work with. They waited for us to bring back a dunk tank even when we got stuck in traffic. Unfortunately the dunk tank didn't work which was really disappointing but they gave us a full refund without hesitation.

We've used this company many many times. However, this time, they arrived an hour early (before we were ready for them) and then decided to not come back to pick up the inflatables until nearly two hours after the time we specified on the contract. Instead of being apologetic, they were argumentative. To say we are dissatisfied would be an understatement.

Bouncin Bin Rentals Boise is an awesome business. We have rented from them four years in a row. My sister has a daughter with a birthday a few days away from my son's birthday, so every year my sister and I switch off renting the bounce house from Bouncin Bins, then we use the bounce house for both parties. We always pick it up and drop it off ourselves. This year my husband was working, so I had to drive the trailer and do pickup and dropoff myself. The guys at Bouncin Bins are so sweet and helpful. I can't back up a trailer (yet), so they backed into the lot for me. Then my seven year old wanted to help them unload, and they were really patient with him, built him up and cheered him on. These are really great hardworking guys they have working here. Out of four years as customers neither I nor my sister have had any issues with them. We will keep coming back every year for sure!

Reserving the dunk tank was very easy and the customer service rep was very friendly and understanding. The day of the event, I was supposed to receive a call when delivery was on its way. It's showed up over 2 hours early. When an associate asked the tech about coming so early the response she got was "oh well we have other deliveries today". Other than that the delivery driver was friendly. For the actual dunk tank, we spent half our event time trying to make it work properly. It seemed like the release mechanism would release well. It was a little frustrating trying to use the tank properly with customers and associates waiting to play but the seat part wouldn't operate well. Figured I'd inform someone in case it needs repair and doesn't happen to someone else. I've used BB for private and business events and will plan to still use them. Thank you.

Bouncin Bins did a fabulous job for our daughters 5 year old birthday party. They delivered the large bounce house with the water slide and it was a massive HIT! The kiddos loved it and literally played on it for almost the entire 3 hour party:-))

This was our 2nd year doing a bounce house water slide. Our 1st year was amazing, but this year, I spent more on a bigger bounce house and water slide and I was very disappointed.
The day prior, when they called to confirm our reservation, we were told it needed two blow mowers, but they only left us with one. I called as the guys were setting up and they said you will be fine with just one and just make sure all the zippers/flaps were shut...welp, as the kids and our guest bounced or even went down the water slide, the entire blow up kept caving in on them, making it a challenge to enjoy having the bounce house. (Also, the tone of the person I talked to on the phone, made you feel as if it was an inconvenience to call)
Honestly, for the amount of money we spent, you would think they would ensure the blowup would allow people to bounce and slide without being caved in on. Not sure if I will rent one next year for our annual summer kick-off party.

Ordering was great, but the items were delivered over 30 minutes late and then took time to set up so we couldn't start our event and had people waiting for over an hour. Then part of the dunk tank was not provided so someone had to drive it out from Nampa so we could use it properly. The other item we had ordered was never set up at all and we didn't know how to use it until the others came with the missing items and set it up for us. Our event was to start at 5:30 and we couldn't start until close to 6:45. We were told the dunk tank would be delivered at 4:30 so we had the hour to fill it but due to it not arriving until after 5 and missing parts our event was limited. We have worked with you before and didn't have this problem so this was difficult.
