We love renting from bouncing bins. Their prices are so reasonable and if you're willing to pickup and drop off and do your own setup you get to keep the inflatable longer. We've rented from them for 3 years now. My kids look forward to out every year.

Booking the services was easy. Unfortunately the drop off was late and the tank didn't work at first. The staff was great at chatting with us during the night and offered a refund for part of the night.

The guys were great at getting everything set up for our event. This is the second year we used this company and glad we did. Location was different and a little hectic but the delivery guys got it all set up and it was a great turn out. We will continue to be loyal customers and use Bountin Bins next year.

This was the second year we have rented from Bouncin' Bins for our daughter's birthday, and we've had a great experience both times! Everyone is friendly and the delivery drivers have done a great job getting everything set up the way we prefer it. This year we got a free Sno-Cone machine for being returning customers, and that was a great perk and made the party more memorable. Highly recommended!

It was very easy to book the bounce house online and we had a lot of choices to choose from! The company had good communication leading up to our event for payment and questions. The only complaint I have is that we rented the bounce house from 1:30-5:30pm but they did not pick it up until 9:30pm that night. While it was nice to have it longer than we rented it for and luckily it was at a private residence, we had to wait around for it to be picked up. It was communicated that they would probably be later than 5:30pm for pick up but we didn't expect it to be that late!

Everything went great. Apparently the unit we requested was unavailable, so they upgraded us to a bigger one. That was okay in our case, but sometimes a bigger unit isn't possible due to space limitations. Would be ideal if you only listed the units on your website that you actually had available. He showed up early, set it up quickly and was very respectful. The slide/obstacle was just as ordered and amazing. Only thing is I wish it had handles to help climb the ladder but it seemed to only be an issue for us older adults, the kids were fine. All around fun!

The booking process was easy. The setup was a bit of a mess. I got a call that they wanted to come out at 8:45am even though our rental time wasn't until 3pm. I got myself and my kids dressed to get to our neighborhood park to find out they wouldn't be there for 30 minutes (which turned out to be an hour). When they did show up the guy that acted like he was in charge (the one white guy) was condescending to us and h the other workers. He acted like we were inconveniencing him and didn't know what we were talking about. He didn't listen when we explained things so we had to explain them multiple times. When we asked for things he didn't tell the workers so they would have to change them, creating more work for them. They didn't have the tools needed, luckily my husband did. The other guys were very nice and accommodating. Overall we would rent from you again. Hopefully it will be a bit of a smoother setup.

Picked up the bounce house from their warehouse for a weekend rental...they had all the equipment set out and ready for a quick pick up. Bounce house was clean and as described! Upon drop off, saw that they take every inflatable that is dropped off and inflate it, dry it, and completely disinfectant/wipe down the entire unit. Will be renting from them again!

Drop off was the only thing we had trouble with. It took about 30 minutes to instruct the workers on where we were located. But once they found us, they were so kind and hard working to set everything up. It all looked great and everyone had a wonderful time. The workers were right on time for tear down and they did it swiftly. Overall had a good experience!
