Everything went great. Apparently the unit we requested was unavailable, so they upgraded us to a bigger one. That was okay in our case, but sometimes a bigger unit isn't possible due to space limitations. Would be ideal if you only listed the units on your website that you actually had available. Thank you so much for being so great to work with.
We've used this company many many times. However, this time, they arrived an hour early (before we were ready for them) and then decided to not come back to pick up the inflatables until nearly two hours after the time we specified on the contract. Instead of being apologetic, they were argumentative. To say we are dissatisfied would be an understatement.

This is the first time I have used Boise Bouncin Bins and it could not have gone any better. I ordered a dunk tank for an event on the campus of my school and they had it delivered early, set up in I think under 10 minutes, and arrived right after the event finished up to pack everything up. The price was fantastic and would 10/10 recommend. I will definitely be reaching out next year to do it again and hopefully make it an annual tradition. I can't thank Boise Bouncin Bins enough for helping this event come to life with as little stress as possible.

This was the second year we have rented from Bouncin' Bins for our daughter's birthday, and we've had a great experience both times! Everyone is friendly and the delivery drivers have done a great job getting everything set up the way we prefer it. This year we got a free Sno-Cone machine for being returning customers, and that was a great perk and made the party more memorable. Highly recommended!

This is our third time using Bouncin Bins and we have always had a great experience! We 100% will continue to use them for birthday parties and neighborhood functions. Every person we've dealt with; over the phone, in person for delivery, and in person for customer pick up and drop off, has been amazing and really friendly. This company is so easy to use with the website and phone options and we can't recommend them enough!

This was my first ever bounce house rental experience and it went perfectly. The company was super nice and very professional. The pickup and drop off option is great for anybody who wants to save a little bit of money. I will definitely be using them again

Great help on the phone with booking. Didn't get a call when drop off was coming which would've been helpful but it worked out fine! Great bounce house, will use again!

We love renting from bouncing bins. Their prices are so reasonable and if you're willing to pickup and drop off and do your own setup you get to keep the inflatable longer. We've rented from them for 3 years now. My kids look forward to out every year.

Rent here yearly, (usually bounce houses, this year a snow cone machine fit our theme best) always a good experience!

Drop off was the only thing we had trouble with. It took about 30 minutes to instruct the workers on where we were located. But once they found us, they were so kind and hard working to set everything up. It all looked great and everyone had a wonderful time. The workers were right on time for tear down and they did it swiftly. Overall had a good experience!

He showed up early, set it up quickly and was very respectful. The slide/obstacle was just as ordered and amazing. Only thing is I wish it had handles to help climb the ladder but it seemed to only be an issue for us older adults, the kids were fine. All around fun!
