It was super easy to reserve a bounce house, and the rates were reasonable in my opinion. The issue we had was that I had been told to expect delivery 30 minutes before the start of our event. At 90 minutes before our event, when I was frantically doing other things to prep, I got a text from the delivery person saying they were at our event location. The location was at a local park. Without any sort of heads up, I had to drop everything else I was doing at home to meet the delivery person, and then I felt like I had to stay at the park because an unattended bounce house didn't seem like a good idea. I looked at the paperwork, and it did say deliveries could be earlier or later than originally planned, but a warning that the delivery was going to be a full hour earlier than planned would have been nice. The person who dropped it off tried to turn it into a positive by saying we were getting extra time for free, which might be a benefit in some cases, but for me, it meant I had to cut my prep time short so I could sit in the park and babysit an empty bounce house.

We have rented from your company now at least half a dozen times, maybe more. This time we did it over the phone to ensure we got our extra 2 free hours as well as to confirm availability. The slide that was originally dropped off wasn't even close to what we rented, it had a net at the bottom to catch the kids instead of a pool. Super unsafe for the littles. They guys were nice enough to set up a different one, which was a dual slide combo. Very nice of them however, still wasn't the right one. There was a massive hole in one of the pools that I had to repair with half a roll of duck tape in order to hold water. The slides were also so short that the 8+ kids were hitting it and nearly flipping over.
All in all it's always a good experience, this is the 2nd time we have had an issue with the wrong unit being dropped off and that is very frustrating considering how much money is spent to rent them. When I rent something, I expect that EXACT unit is what is dropped off.

Great communication regarding rules and delivery but pick up was way passed my bed time, came 3 hours after scheduled time and no communication regarding pickup

The kids loved the bounce house and dunk tank. The delivery guy was nice and professional. He was also patient when the kids tried to get in a couple more last minute slide runs!
