We've used this company many many times. However, this time, they arrived an hour early (before we were ready for them) and then decided to not come back to pick up the inflatables until nearly two hours after the time we specified on the contract. Instead of being apologetic, they were argumentative. To say we are dissatisfied would be an understatement.

* Boise.bouncinbins attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
