I really looked forward towards this quilt as a gift. I found the colors to be a lot less vibrant than what was posted. Secondly, I expected a quilt, instead, altho one could call it a quilt, it was printed pictures on material and there is padding in between the 2 layers of outter material and all stitched together, but a quilt? No. The worst experience was the inability to reach out to customer service. There is no phone number, there is no email, I was only able to log concerns by threats via their Facebook Messenger. Only when I started a complain via my credit card did I get any contact by whoever is running the site. Even then, when I was contacted by them, they kept sending me the same request each time to provide purchase info before they would talk with me via email but nothing getting resolved. They provided shipping tracking but that number to track provided no information and despite my asking multiple times, nothing. It took almost 4 weeks to get the item. I would prefer to return it but there is no way to do so. That's why I will never buy via Facebook sites again. All in all, disappointing product and service. Addition, even when trying to post this review, it would not let me sign in via Facebook ( said it could not) but I had to provided my email.
I purchased a quilt for my husband and he loves it. It is woodsy and more masculine, but has words that touched his heart.

This light weight quilt was just as beautiful as it looks in the photos on the site. I bought this as a gift for my 15 year old daughter and she loved it. It's a gift that can be passed down from generation to generation. I also personalized it with her name and the script is beautiful. Thank you!

Ordered a dachshund quilt for my wife for Christmas. Order was placed 22 Nov 2020. It is now 1 Jan 2021, still have not received my order. Got a lame email from them blaming the chinese communist virus. Really? Nov 22 until 1 Jan, and they want to blame shipping on a virus? I will put Block of Gear on my DO NOT USE list, and paste it on Facebook and every other site and blog I am familiar with. Also will make a point of sending my negative review to Amazon and all my friends and ask them to post to all their friends. Yes, i am pissed, in a big way. This is a rip-off company!

I absolutely love this top. It's just the right thickness to keep us warm on cooler nights. I smile every time I see it because it nails the dachshund attitudes that we have seen in our babies. The quality is phenomenal. The only downside was when it was shipped I had no way to track it to know when it would be delivered.

I give a rating of 3 because
#1. The quilts were beautiful. Bright colored, well made and my grandsons loved them.
#2 The customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. Alice did not answer my emails in a timely fashion, actually mostly ignored them. And there is no phone number to contact.
#3 Shipping was absolutely unacceptable. I ordered these quilts on Nov 16th. Received one on Christmas eve. Received the second one on Dec 30th,
#4 They were shipped from China. The company is in the USA but obviously outsource some of their work to China. I will not order from them again because I will NOT support business from China!

I never received a tracking order number but I'm pretty sure that what I received was a very small, black fleece blanket that was NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I have tried and tried and TRIED to reach out to these guys and never received a response. I'm HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED THAT I WASTED MONEY on something I really wanted!

I recieved only 3 if the 5 blankets that I purchased. I purchased all of the blanket in November and I'm still waiting on my son and nephew King size blankets. It is now 12/30/2020. I'm very disappointed that I could not give them these blankets for Christmas, but I would like some sort of tracking number or something or wise i will have to reverse the charges.

This company in my opinion was difficult from the beginning. They use a Texas address so I mistakenly assumed it was US based. The product turns out is put together in China and shipped from there after you order. They issued a shipping number that turned out to be no good and took the money for the order. When I inquired I got evasive answers and only by digging found out it was shipping from China. I sent three emails to cancel before they turned over to shipping and they responded with formula responses and ignored my request for a refund. They product was finally delivered and wasn't the same as on the web site. The color of the background was very different and hideous looking. I will never use this company again/
I ordered a personalized blanket quilt for my son for Christmas. I ordered in advance. Tracking shows it has been in Orlando since December 9th. I reached out to get help. Got a reasonably timed reply. Second time I asked for a replacement to get to me in time for the holiday. Next reply I got was after Christmas. Not sure if I'll make another purchase.

I ordered a blanket for my granddaughter. It is magnificent. She absolutely loves it. I am very impressed by the quality of the blanket. I would love to see blankets that are fleece lined. It took a long time to get to me, but it was definitely worth the wait!

The quilt is beautiful but a queen size is too small for a queen size bed. It also took forever to get here and could not track. When asking for help on when to expect they referred you back to the tracking number and I couldn't get any information from it.
