I want to keep this short and factual. I ordered a Toshiba Chromebook 2 CB35-C3300 laptop from Blinq.com.
Blinq sent me an older Toshiba Chromebook, the CB35-B3330 model. This is an older version with:
Less RAM (2Gb vs. 4Gb)
Less screen resolution (1366x768 vs. 1920x1080)
A slower processor (N2840 vs. 3215U)
I wanted and ordered the newer more expensive version because of those features. OK, the Warehouse messed up. You would think Blinq would have some UPC coding on product to prevent this from happening.
Blinq offered me a $65 credit to keep the older version. I looked on their website to see what they were charging for the CB35-B3330 model. It turns out with the $65 credit I would be paying almost the exact same price as if I had ordered their goof laptop. So much for offering the customer a break to keep them happy. If I wanted that older model I would have ordered it.
I sent the incorrect laptop back. I asked Blinq multiple times, Could someone in the warehouse please look for the correct laptop I ordered? Silence
In the last email I received from Sandrine in Customer Care, she said, Please let me know if I can help with anything else. I messaged back There is something you can do. Did someone look in the Warehouse for what I ordered! Again Silence.
I have since ordered from Dell. I hope you will have a better experience than I did with Blinq.com.

Answer: BUYER BEWARE... 30 DAYS ONLY! After contacting Samsung, I found my tablet was OVER THREE YEARS OLD and had NO WARRANTY left. So be very careful with Blinq's Customer Rep Karen's comment "there MAY be additional warranty from manufacturer". I ate the cost of the non-functional tablet. Yes the tablet looked like new, felt like new... but most importantly... did NOT function like new. In fact, it would not hold a charge, so would not WORK AT ALL. So, if function is important to you, I offer this advice; BUYER BEWARE!
