Was disappointed to find that even though I had switched shipping to expedited air on latest shipment, and it was fully confirmed over the phone by your rep, it didn't get done and now shipment is going via you very slow method.
I've been a customer of Blade HQ for years because of the quality of their offerings. Their prices are competitive and website is easy to navigate and find what I'm looking for. Recently, I'd placed an order that was going to arrive the week before Christmas. However, the shipping company delivered the package to the wrong address. I was unable to get any resolution with the shipping company but Blade HQ came through for me. Sweet Melissa assisted in finding similar knives (the ones I originally ordered were now out of stock) and shipped them next day to assure I would have them in time for Christmas. Thank you Melissa!

I placed an order for my son's Christmas gift on 12/17. My order status remains unchanged. I have ordered before & you shipped within 24 hours. Despite the rep saying she would expedite the shipping today, it remains unshipped. Your company has serious fulfillment issues and I will never order from you again.This is unacceptable. You have ruined my son's surprised gift.
I ordered 5 Boker Auto knives at 45-66 dollars a piece. I had each knife engraved for my brothers as Christmas presents (12/2023). I received the package in a very timely manner and proceeded to test out every knife. Every knife worked except for the Blue Scorpion model. It made a funny noise when I pushed the button and it didn't release the blade. I immediately contacted Blade HQ via email on Sunday about the issue. They responded a few days later and said my only option was to send the knife back and they would take a look at it. This would take way too long and I wouldn't be able to get the knife before Christmas for one of my brothers. I responded (rather poorly) to their response stating that this is on them and they should take care of me*. The person then responded and told me to go directly to Boker for the issue. I will not be buying from BladeHQ again. I have always recommended people to them but this is the worst customer service I have seen. I will no longer be working with them. They should have responded by saying they will get a new knife sent out immediately (only $45) and for me to return the old one. That would have made the customer experience amazing and I would pass that along. They are such a large knife distributor and I live 20 minutes from their Provo location... you think would be able take care of their customers better. Two days ago I ended up ordering the same knife (engraved) and paid for Express to get it here in time. I didn't want just one of my brothers getting a defective knife because BladeHQ failed to take care of the customer.
Turns out the PO Box I included in my address was an issue resulting in a message that you were unable to ship. I spoke with o e of you phone support staff Malissa and she was awesome. You email response was also very helpful and allowed me to place my order and I look forward to receiving the two blades soon. Cheers

Low score. Ordered 12/12 and paid for expedited shipping. Customer service told me they refunded my extra shipping fee and they weren't sure if I would get it before Christmas. Really! Website advertises order today and get by Christmas! I want mine by Christmas!

This is the second knife/order place in last year that had an issue with long shipping times. Times much longer than other competitive dealers. However, customer support was good and got back with me in timely manner and offered a fair solution which I appreciate. The help with Alyssa was good and Happy Holidays.

I emailed Customer Service about a knife that was not up to the manufacturer's promised spec. Received a response within 2 days and a return label was provided to return it at no expense to me, with a very polite note. It gives me confidence that Blade HQ is responsive to me as a customer and I anticipate more business in the future.
