Firstly, I still don't understand the essence of the issue with account suspension. Secondly, I was not even informed about the suspension of my account, which turned out to be an unpleasant surprise for me, since I intended to place an order during the Christmas sale. Yes, by now the issue has been resolved, but I have already lost the desire to place an order.
A knife was ordered 12/19 and today I was told there was a 24-48 hour processing time, Wednesday and Thursday would have been that 48 hours which in an organized world the product could have made the shipping run Thursday or Friday morning. And there was an OH WELL moment, basically the Consumer is to subliminally know that if you opt for express shipping that they should know to call and ensure someone is able and capable to complete the order AS THERE IS NOTHING ON THE WEBSITE THAT THE ORDER WILL NOT MAKE IT BECAUSE WE FAILED AS ONE TEAM. If you are Understaffed then shut ordering down.
Over promising with Express shipping and Failure to deliver is nothing but PURE FAILURE TO THE CONSUMER. This economy is killing small businesses everywhere, do better, be the company that deserves business not the one shutting down because it's incompetent.

I wanted to place an order on line using two separate credit cards (one was a gift card). I wasn't able to do this online. When I called Blade HQ customer service, the young lady was super helpful and placed the order for me. I'm very pleased with the service I received. The "young" lady I'm referring too, said she was in her 70's. Super super pleasant to talk too and highly recommend Blade HQ to my friends when they are in need of a knife or two.

Like when I send an email grouchy on a Sunday morning, and awake Monday to having my issue fully resolved and I'm just left amazed that customer service exists anymore ever tried getting Amazon on the phone - well BladeHQ picks up - during business hours of course - and their people are actually able to do something to help.

I ordered an auto folding knife at a discounted price and didn't realize it was an open box item. I contacted them and let them know I received an item with a screw that was loose in the box with part of the threads broken off in the female part of the corny fastener. I received a response with a link to the item I purchased that had a detailed description of what was wrong with the knife as well as a link for replacement screws. It was 100% my fault for not reading the description on the item closely, and I've since fixed the knife and was very happy with the response I received.
