Too notch customer service!

I had a delay in shipping time for my first Benchmade so i was a bit sad. Really excited for the knofe, a claymore (Love it). Anyways I reached out and was given back the cost of the expedited shipping. I really appreciate feeling heard and seeing positive outcomes

I Love BladeHQ!

I checked out other knife sites and BladeHQ is the best. The prices are lower or equal to other sites, they have a huge variety of knives to choose from, fast delivery and their videos are enjoyable to watch and informative too! Also, Kim in customer service is professional, answers my questions and is a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend using BladeHQ. For all of your knives and accessories.

Why would you shop anywhere else?

Blade HQ has the knives I am looking for, and pricing that is always fair. On top of that, when ever I have had a a customer service need, they are prompt and helpful. It's all about peace of mind for me. I know that the product I am getting is top quality and I don't have to spend a bunch of time shopping all over the place. Sooo easy!

You're assumptions are incorrect.

I had a preorder for a knife from months ago. I finally was charged the remainder and sent a shipping notice. That was over two weeks ago and I have not received the item as it seems stuck in shipping. I notified BladeHQ to inquire with the shipper. BladeHQ responded telling me that it is a preorder and that I will be charged and the item will ship once it's in stock. Apparently they didn't even look at my order. Do better BladeHQ.

Ordered two blades two days ago- damn near at my door already! Full stars on that!
Credit card info was skimmed/picked/somehow leaked however which has created an issue of trust in the site security processes.
Bladehq is the only purchase since Nov 2023 with this particular card, and now there are numerous fraudulent charges and attempts.
Very frustrating.

Excellent customer service

I ordered a knife and the transaction went smooth as you'd expect but I received the wrong item by mistake (though with the correct engraving I requested). When I reached out to customer service to provide photos of what I received and explain the situation they gave me a full refund of my order and told me to just keep the item since it was engraved. This is how customer service should be done. I'm about to re-order through them now and will certainly be a repeat customer in the future.

I had not done enough research on some knives and ordered them anyway from BladeHQ. Once I got the knives they weren't what I expected. I reached out to customer service and without any questions set a return label. Kim was amazing in helping me knowing I was the one that screwed up! Love these guys and will be doing more future business.
