I have been waiting for the new microtech combat troodon to come into stock check several times a day for weeks. When it did I ordered it along with another knive. I waited for it to ship and when I finally got the email that the label was created I was happy. After about a week of keeping my eye on it to get picked up from usps I gave up and called to see what was going on. I was informed they didn't know what was going on and now I the knife is out of stock and I'm out of luck. So unprofessional and a big waste of time! Thank blade hq

Returning a product I buy is never an activity I relish. And with some companies I'm almost convinced not to return an item simply because their customer service and relations are so poor. While BladeHQ doesn't always make their return policy the easiest to follow... their customer service is solid and always helps alleviate your concerns. Overall was a pleasant experience.

When I set up my account I wasn't aware I needed to sign up separately for rewards. I emailed and asked if my points could be added after the fact. That is exactly what they did for me. I've since placed another order and the rewards are piling up. Thank you for your outstanding service.

I ordered a knife, it "shipped" on the 6th, but it has never come out of "label created" status. I sent an email after 3 days of "label created", and got no response. Today I got an email asking me to review that support interaction, so here we are.
A few days later I called and they said they couldn't do anything until it was missing 7 days, at which point it is my responsibility to contact them again?
Is this really how it works when you lose an order?
She took the time to look up warranty documentation and help me decide the best course of action for my defect.

Money was taken out of my account the same day that my order was placed. But BladeHQ did NOT let me know the status of the order. Eight days later I sent a message asking for the status of my order. It took another 6 days before I was given the courtesy of a response. The response was to tell me that my order was delivered on 1.9 (today). You sat on my reply for 6 days, waiting for my order to be delivered, before you provided an update. But two thirds of my reply was to "remind me" that the remainder of my order is a pre-order. I didn't ask about my pre-order. I asked only about the $141.09 that was charged to my credit card. So your focus was on something that I didn't question. To get the focus off of your terrible service? Probably. Because never, in the two weeks between taking my money and sending me a product, did you provide to me the common courtesy of an order update.
