The response was so slow the package beat it here! And the package wasnt shipped for several days hence why I sent the initial enquiry!

Ordered the Boker mini with sprinkles on top and topped it off with engraving. The engraving didn't come out quite right and BladeHQ more than made it right. Heads up, my wife calls it a kids knife so I'm not sure if she means it's too small or not. Can't get a straight answer. Know that the additional paint does have the button extremely hard to push. (White knuckles - Chroma!) That has nothing to do with BladeHQ. I'll be dropping serious dough when I have some.
Suggestion on the engraving would be to have a photo of the blade, even if generic so you'll know that to many letters results in the message having to be placed on the blade face, instead of the flat.

When I purchased my knife on 29 December, I was anticipating a 4 January delivery but, what I received instead of the knife was the free Knife HQ patch. I sent several emails requesting status but never heard back. I finally called customer service on 8 January amd was initially told that my card was only charged $5 for the pre-sale of the knife but, I told the CS rep that my account had been charged the full amount. The CS rep put me on hold for a short time to find out what happened and when she returned, she explained that the color combination I ordered was not available so I had to choose a different color, whi h was fine. The CS rep ended up refunding the shipping charges and then didn't charge me for next day delivery. I have not received the knife as of 9.

Return processed within about 4 days of recieing my product and I do show the pending credit back to my card even though its not available in my balance yet I know it was initiated and will be available shortly thanks for making it a fairly pain free process

I needed to cancel an order that had not been shipped yet. It was on a Sunday, so nobody would be working to ship out my order. I contacted Blade HQ to every email listed as a contact to deal with the order. I was informed right after they opened that the order had already been shipped. It shows the label was generated 5 minutes before I was emailed. So unless someone packed it up and took off to make sure the package was sent out that second it was still in the building, but nobody can be bothered to go the extra mile and ensure the order was intercepted and appropriately cancelled. So frustrating! What's the point in having customer service? Guess it's not to be helpful.

Lame asf. I had to email multiple times just to get a response even though they said they'd respond the next day. Then my order took forever just to be shipped out. Like bruh just ship the damn knife ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ i kinda hated shopping on this website and probably will never be back on here to be honest. It sucks. The communication sucks. I just want my package bruh. They have produced crazy themes like hotdog, cupcake, buffet warrior and I believe they are a hit cause they are sold out more that available so I suggested team colors or logos would be awesome! They replied saying they will send it up! Cross your fingers!

I had an issue with an order being shipped late. Meaning I received my 2nd order that I put in 1 week before the 1st one was ordered. I just emailed my concern and customer service apologized and shipped it out. FYI it was the same exact knife. I respect that things happen. Not mad at all, they emailed me and handled it. I made the mistake of entering the wrong email address when I made a "check out as guest" purchase which meant that I never received any email confirmation.
