I returned a Demko knife because the Shark-Lock was defective. I was only offered a refund or a store credit. I took the refund, but I would have been happier with a replacement. I assumed the exclusive knife was no longer available, but I see they are still in dtock on the website

I noticed some etching on jacked side of blade and thought I didn't ask for this. Zach, responded to my email and made perfect sense that the letters initials of designer of the knife. It's beautiful and the actually the letters look cool. Thank you

BHQ were nice enough to compensate me a bit for the loss, but fair warning: it was a hogue deka, so nothing illegal to carry in my province. I guess sliding bar locks are too much for that agent.

I have purchased several knives from BladeHQ, each of which has been unique and of the highest quality. The problem is with their customer service... On my most recent order for two large, fixed-blade knives, one knife was sent without its sheath (and yes, the knife is supposed to come with the sheath pictured on your website — I personally verified this with the manufacturer.) Someone at the BladeHQ warehouse packed my order without the sheath (and with no packing list or paperwork whatsoever). After explaining this to a customer service representative, and then speaking with a manager, I was told that 1) they did not know if a sheath was supposed to be included with the knife (despite the sheath pictured on the BladeHQ website) and 2) even if a sheath was included, there was nothing they could do for me — there was no way they could send me the sheath that I was missing and had paid for; no way to take one from another knife of the same make, which could later be replaced in your inventory by contacting the manufacturer. Having nothing that could be done to remedy a mistake made by BladeHQ is a very poor business model, indeed.

I did confirm it comes with a sheath but you stated it was not necessary to follow up with you. You can always expect to be treated well at hq. Quality items, helpful staff and easy returns. Brooke was very helpful and professional. Always my first choice when im looking for a quality blade at a reasonable price. For me personally i dont do the ebay any more after getting scammed with a fake benchmade. When you buy here you know you're getting the real deal.
