Three times I tried to order $200 plus knifes over the last 2 years. ASked question about product, put item in cart and gone from cart before I got answers. No info on asking about stock replenishments of certain knives.
Terrible customer service. I paid full price and my item was held at the border. I'm aware of the risk on my end and I did the research and was under the impression that only automatic knives were restricted not assisted knives. Anyway I was offered $50 for the trouble to be charged back to my CC but the card I purchased the knife with isn't the same card I have now and I was told you can't refund my new card which makes no sense at all. I'm from Canada so I've basically paid full price in US dollars and didn't receive my order and am not told you can't refund my new card only the old card I used to place the order which I no longer have. This whole experience is absolutely ridiculous and has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was offered $50 in store credit but I definitely don't want to order from your company ever again I just want the $50 put on my new CC and move on.

A nice discount code between giving you this heads-up, for being a long time customer and my birthday would be a great thank you, but totally not necessary. The cloned shop had all of your high end trade marked brands both in stock and on sale for $97.00. Winkler hawk? In stock $97.99. Protect Damascus engraved godfather w/ massif tooth scales? $97.99. RMJ Lady Death? In stock $97.99. Didn't take a genius to know it was a scam but half the people in this world do have IQ'sbellow 100… well maybe those folks shouldn't have sharp objects..

I buy more knives than I need and more knives than I should probably, but I still keep buying them. And bladehq is where buy them from. Some specific things I like about bladehq: Generally, their prices are good, and when they are having a sale or throwing in freebies, its even better; The product pictures, for the knives especially, are generally excellent, showing all sides, details, and size comparisons; Customer Service is excellent - I haven't had to deal with them much, but on the two occasions I've contacted them, they responded quickly and resolved the situation right away and very satisfactoriily; SUPER fast shipping - when I buy a knife, I am anxious for it to arrive, and without exception, bladehq's shipping has been so fast, its usually at my door between 2 and 4 days later, which is really great, especially since shipping is usually free after spending a certain amount.
I also like that every knife has a pretty consistent set of attributes they list on the product page, including obvious things like blade steel, handle material, but also the lock type, blade grind type, etc - even the country of origin, which I appreciate.
Overall, nothing bad to say about bladehq or my experience with them. Sometimes super popular knives may be out of stock, but that is 100% to be expected, and their site is very clear about which knives are available and which are out of stockl. I will continue to shop for my knives from them.

This was a great experience. I bought a knife and accidentally clicked on the wrong blade profile. The return was smooth and BladeHQ sent me an email with a prepaid shipping label. No hassle or fuss. I sent the knife back and promptly ordered the correct blade profile. The charge was credited back to my CC. Easy peasy.

I recieved two of the same model knives from their GrindWorks site. One came in damaged and one came with the paint coming off so I sent an email explaining the issue. They fully refunded my money and let me keep the knives, I ended up spending twice as much on my next purchase through them because they had such awesome customer service.
