I called for help with a purchase that I had made. I wish that I could remember the ladies name that helped me. To say she was nice, would be a disservice to her. Her pleasant nature and understanding was more than I expected in today's culture. After speaking with her, she informed me about the company's policy for veterans. She also informed me of Benchmade's discount for veterans who are first time buyers. Your company policy and her willingness and kindness has earned you a customer for life. The Blade Hq will always be my first stop, when I'm looking at future purchases. Thank you again for the great customer service and selection of services this company provides.

I've never had an issue with anything from Blade HQ and I've been buying off them for years. The first and only time I had a problem with a knife they told me that they would refund me and I didn't even have to initiate a return. Awesome company

They randomly decide what is allowed to be purchased from other countries, not based on shipping or customs laws. After being a client for several years, never had an issue with shipping or customs, it seems that I cannot buy a specific knife here, so I will start buying in other stores…

An order was placed and several days later the tracking information showed bo movement whatsoever. The shipping label was created and the item didn't appear to have been picked up. I contacted customer service via email and my item was on my porch literally the next day, delivered by an alternate carrier. Im not sure how BladeHQ made this happen but by golly they did. I have bought several items from BHQ and I just cant think of anything but good comments regarding quality, shipping and now customer service. I will look forward to doing continued business with these folks. Thank you again.

Package was lost by UPS. Per BladeHQ policy I had to wait 7 days to file a claim. I called on the 7th day and within 5 minutes I had a in store credit-they offered to refund but in store credit was what I wanted. The woman I spoke with was very helpful and very nice. This was clearly a UPS screw up but BladeHQ had no problem taking care of me. They have very good prices, but you can not put a price on excellent customer service. I'm a customer for life. Made my first order and I got a defective knife and I called and talked to a very nice lady I wish I could remember her name. But she gave me 2 options either in store credit or refund and there was no hassle or anything really recommended this company. I will be ordering here from now on

I have a Gerber Applegate combat folder I have had for years and the screws came out of the pocket clip. I emailed Blade HQ to see if they carried the screws I needed to fix it. I got a very quick response from Brooke H in customer service. She said Blade HQ didn't carry that specific item and she then researched the item and forwarded me the site so I could fix my knife. That folks, is true customer service. She could have just said no and been well within her job description. When you find someone who goes out of their way to help even when it doesn't benifit them in any way you have found gem.

BladeHQ honored a sale price on an order that was placed the day before. Price dropped and they issued a credit for the difference. Great customer service and nice to see these days, not enough companies care about their client base.
