I waited almost a week now for my order, when I get an email from their customer service saying my package was cancelled. They said it was because their third party fraud blocker had identified me as a fraud. They also didn't give me a reason for it, just saying my order was cancelled. I will try to place an order again, but overall disappointed.

My experience with customer service was sub par. I had to send multiple e mails over three days to get a response. And when they finally did respond it was a minimal response with no details that I asked for. Kind of like they just wanted to say enough to get me to shut up.
BladeHQ is amazing, but also terrible for my wallet. I get the emails on a regular basis and I just browse, but there's deals so often! I can't pass up a nice knife for 40 bucks!

Unfortunately the knife I ordered seems to be an 'on demand' tool with the vendor. I missed this when ordering the knife (I've seen this on your website for various knives). I hadn't received an update on an order I placed on 06/23. I called the call center and Hannah Y. Told me the order had been flagged by the third party fraud protection center for manual verification. I hadn't received an email telling me of this issue. Had I received one I would have verified my order. Hannah Y. Was very professional and prompt with a solution to the issue.

I meant to sign up for the blade club during a pretty large purchase but I accidentally finished the transaction and missed out on the points. I signed up anyway afterwords and then emailed support, and Sharon was able to retroactively add the points from my purchase to my account. Sharon was super friendly and helpful.
