I live outside the us so I orderd to a Hotel where my stewardess wife could pick it up but the packed wasn't there, this first class company gave my a full refund immediately no question asked, i dont know whos foult it was but i doubt it was theirs, look forward to buying a lot of knives from them and not having to worry if something goes wrong.
There was a mixup on my previous order where I received information that it shipped UPS when it actually shipped USPS with a $5.60 postage due charge. Hanna, immediately reported this problem to her supervisor, assisted me with an order for an additional knife and applied the postage credit to that order. All very courteous and professional.

My order was canceled, because a third party suspected it was fraudulent. To be clear, the burden to prove fraudulent charges rests on my CC, not blade hq. Regardless, I will place the order again. It just seems like misplaced responsibility. Blade hq received my money and shipping address, what could be fraudulent?
Something is going on, and I'm suspicious. And the fact that the third party does not provide info to blade hq so they can provide more details and better customer service doesn't make sense

I had a problem using a specific Visa rewards card to make a purchase. Long story short is the card which I thought was still valid wasn't. So, I decided to cancel my decision to currently purchase the item until some other time in the future.
