This is in ref. To Burger king restaurant ******* Sherman Way, Canoga Park. I just went for a burger and fries at this location. After waiting, the manager Jorge came to take my order. I started by letting him know about an incident that happened to me a while back with getting cold food, that didn't look nor tasted fresh. He interrupted me by saying what is it I want because he doesn't care for what happened before. I told him that he needs to know what his customers are unhappy about, he said he doesn't give a $#*!. I let him know that he doesn't have the customer service skills nor the temperament to be employed to face people, he said the same to you. Trying to pick a fight, answering back and refusing service to a customer is not normal. I honestly don't blame this guy for behaving like a wild animal, he was so comfortable doing it tells me that he's done it tons of times before and gotten away with it. Burger King is mistaken about how to implement the " Community reinvestment act " and its management thinks that hiring and placing criminals in our community is a normal everyday thing.
Used to be reliable for a quick flame-grilled burger, and occasionally, you might still get an order that's perfectly made. However, these days its become increasingly rare. There are significant issues with order accuracy like missing components or food that is cold. In my case, a slightly cold whopper. No issues about the staff but during the drive-thru that can be dismissive and rude sometimes.
When I got my food at the drive through in Covington she handed me my food but cuts an attitude at me when I asked her nicely were is my drink and she replied with a smart $#*! attitude saying you said you did and I told her no you didn't so she handed my drink. Now I never complained rude service before but I know this I will never come back to burger king in Covington.
I went to this store and it was very clean and neatly organized. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. I was amazed when I walked into this Burger King store #*******. The best store I've ever walked into great employees
Alow ro take order. Had to repeat at the windows. Did bot have mayo packs on request. Staff very unfriendly and not helpful
Went 2 BK on 11/30@ 7:12pm went through the drive through they messed up on the entire order did not put nothing on the bacon king combo the whopper was to b w/o cheese well they put cheese on it the chicken nuggets were ice cold this was a waist of 40 dollars because no one at

Burger King franchises in Fort Smith have horrible service and apparently the help cannot hear. How hard is it to get a basic order correct. No mayo means no mayo but for some reason they cannot get this correct. Personally I don't understand how you can justify more mayo than meat and call it decent food. Cannot add a proof of purchase it was not provided.

I went to the BK in central falls in lonsdale Ave. Worst service ever! Forgot to add something I ordered than had attitude when I went back around the drive through to ask for it. They ask do you have a receipt. Yes Ibhace the receipt! I just came through the drive through. Gives me the burger and it's wrong! Never going back there again! Only got 1 star because I had to put one to post my review!

I went through the drive through and I didn't even get a receipt. I asked for a plain hamburger with nothing but meat, cheese and bread that's it. Then I ordered a whopper junior. I ordered one french fry and one onion ring and two slushie drinks for $17, I don't think that was appropriate for what I got instead of what I ordered That's like $8.50 for a hamburger. When I got home and took the food out of the bag all I got Was two Cheeseburgers. I tried to call the store, but they just picked up the phone and then hung up on me every time.I called then finally.I got a voicemail and left a message. Haven't heard anything from anybody. That is a bunch of crap. I will never go back to Burger King. I haven't been to McDonald's in 20 years, So maybe I need to start doing that with burger king. You can't talk to anybody on the phone At their Toll free number cause they don't want to talk to anybody and if you're hard of seeing then that's your problem.They want you to go to their website. Well, when you can't see cause you have cataract damage and you haven't been able to get it corrected because of your health Condition, that's because you're a minority and you get to be treated differently. Order the original whopper it is a amazing cheese burger and they are very cooperative with there customers

After going to Burger king for 50 years or more we can no longer afford them. A breakfast that we use to get for $7.00 or $8.00 2 or three times a week is now $12.00 or $14.00. For folks on a fixed income that is out of our budget.
Me and my wife stopped through the druve through to grab lunch. We order a whopper, double whopper, medium onion ring and medium chocolate shake. Not only was the food cold and disgusting, but it cost $22.00 dollars. This is the last time that will every take my business here. Totally disgusting!

The lady have the nerves to also said she will spit in my food after I told her to stop arguing with me the customer before her saliva get in anyone food since she is not wearing a mask. I will not recommend this fast food restaurant to anyone as the employee there are not polite, very disrespectful, and customer service friendly. I manage to take a picture of the young lady but she wasn't wearing a name tag. She is the one that put the meal together and hand it over. To me she is having a bad day and just before of one simple question she went overboard. I believe Burger King need to fired her and get professional person who want a job to do the job well. If the doubt my review, they need to check there cameras unless they are not working. You will see her in the picture at the drink section. You need to terminate her contract. I have also emailed Burger King managers and I hope they will do the necessary to ensure the issue is corrected so it will not happen to another customer. I also notice that they do not have good reviews and today I learn why.
