Which this is not my first rodeo with this location but I thought I continue with this location but today was the last visit here.
My wife bought me a bk fish sandwich and again it was not fit for a pig to eat this is the second time in several weeks I have gotten inedible fish sandwich from the rt 193 Kingsville ohio restaurant ******* the service is shoddy the staff rude and incompetent they throw the sandwiches together a real mess and the fish sandwich was over cooked and hard to bite as well as cold. Second shift needs replacing and a competent staff put in the manager is absent and derelict of duty never there and doesn't return phone calls. I'll be waiting for a refund and you can have the fish sandwich back
If a person is already paying for an order telling them its $2.00 for a cup alone but.35 cents for a glass of water seems quite a bit in price jump?! I believe that's bull$#*! and they must have needed it for their fly problem that they seen to have here.
Searching for a good burger spot & came across this one. Compared the prices to holy chuck, top gun & burgers priest. We ordered the atomic burger (recommended if you love cheese) & captain jerk. Let me tell you. Best burger we've ever had & for the price too? Amazing. Will definitely come back!

I'm vegan and I bought some vegan items - not for the first time with BK, but when I got home and tucked in - I noticed it was not the vegan chicken but real chicken. It had the distinct chicken smell and texture and was clearly not a substitute.
When I contacted them - not only did they not compensate me for breaking my years of non-meat eating (I took a bite before realising), they didn't apologise or even offer me a refund for the food that I had to throw away. I was quite shocked only to receive a general 'thank you for contacting us, we'll look into it' - and nothing more.
I have never been to a BK since and will never go again - they should be ashamed of theirselves.
The impossible whopper at burger king is great and the fries are definitely above average for a fast food restaurant. The customer service was great as well as the prices. Of course the bathrooms are disgusting (like any fast food place), but it doesn't remove the fact that the food is of great quality and the staff are friendly. For those who gave 1 or 2 stars, maybe try a different location and maybe it will be better in terms of food and service.
You guys had the best ranch and have downgraded to absolute trash. Me along with everyone individual with a tongue agrees that the ranch should be reverted back to its glory or at least upgraded from this poor excuse you call ranch.
I had my original chicken sandwich today at the BK in eastlake ohio, has been my favorite for years. Not any more. It was dry, no Mayo, and not a sesame sead bun. Micky D'Souza makes me sick so I guess I'll try Wendy's.

We went to the mahoning ave Burger King in warren the flies are outrageous. It smells like nothing but week old garbage. The sandwiches were wrong she argued with my 9 year old son that she didn't ring it up wrong. Play room closed no repairs made worst experience of our lives. Almost $50 in food thrown away.
Came through the drive they with a coupon code 9092! The sandwich was coke drink flat the only thing that was hot was the fries, however that's not what I came for! The service is awful! Even with them being slow the floor is dirty and nasty after coming in. They are merely sitting around laughing instead of cleaning! I will never come back here. When I brought my food back though I paid with a credit card they wanted a receipt that I couldn't find at the moment. So I will be calling the card company tomorrow to report it! Just GHETTO and filthy and nasty. Full of flies but that reflects on management we know what they do in there spare time and it's not CLEANING!
Had quite the experience. Went there around 9:45pm for dinner. Ordered a whopper meal and spicy chicken nuggets. The staff seemed tired and not very friendly. Finally got our meals, no sauce, salt or ketchup. Went back to the counter to ask for some, i was given what I wanted with an attitude! Now to top it off, the nuggets were stone cold, probably been sitting there for an hour. Last but not least, the staff closed the lights in the restaurant while people were still eating! I guess it was our cue to leave.
Well, in my opinion, BK is the worst fast food.
Very tasty and creative burger. Great vibe but I wouldn't advice taking a date here unless you intend for them to see you gallon of sauce down your shirt as most of the burgers are a lot to handle. Service was great. No lettuce buns though.
Fourth time in a row they can't seem to get anything right at the drive thru. Order a DBL and a single combo, get two single's, tell them no mayonaise on one of them but you get it, along with cheese that nobody ordered, I drive eight miles only to get upset when I get home and the order isn't correct, not to mention they forget to give you the drinks then after you wait for three minutes they ask what was your order! I will give 2.50 stars for the food and service I received but a minus -5 because they charge $1.11 for a cup of water or ice. This is the Burger King on 47th and Swope Parkway. Even if it were not summer I would feel the same way. It's no wonder Burger Kings are disappearing all over Kansas City Missouri.
When a corporation that serves food starts charging for a cup of water/ice maybe it's time for them to get out of the game.
I've been to three different burger kings for this two regular whoopers or chicken sandwich or the chicken fries for $5. And none have it they are all $7.00 now that two whopper meal deal that's advertised as $10. Is $14. They posted this deal in PA and New York western side and it's a lie. It said that all the locations we have within 40 miles have it for the cheaper price but when you get there no it's more money. Don't advertise something and even post these locations on your site as available for the cheaper price if it isn't true. It's false advertising and wrong. Some of us have to drive 30 or 40 miles to get to one because we live so far in the country. Makes you feel like a scam. No it's not going to break the bank but when you only pull enough money out to just go there and can't everything without driving that far again it can real mess up your day.
Will ask for your order and leave the store half way through. So I get it it's Thanksgiving, everyone wanted to go home and be with their families. So why not put up a sign with the time you close? Why not tell me as I'm half way through my order, I'm sorry we are closed now? Nope. She helped the 2 people ahead of me, than asked for my order. So she isn't responding and I say, "Hello Hello." I waited thinking maybe she was the only person there and was helping the 2 in front of me. Finally, I realize there's no way, and drive up to the window to see what is going on. She literally left the store in the middle of me ordering.

The lady have the nerves to also said she will spit in my food after I told her to stop arguing with me the customer before her saliva get in anyone food since she is not wearing a mask. I will not recommend this fast food restaurant to anyone as the employee there are not polite, very disrespectful, and customer service friendly. I manage to take a picture of the young lady but she wasn't wearing a name tag. She is the one that put the meal together and hand it over. To me she is having a bad day and just before of one simple question she went overboard. I believe Burger King need to fired her and get professional person who want a job to do the job well. If the doubt my review, they need to check there cameras unless they are not working. You will see her in the picture at the drink section. You need to terminate her contract. I have also emailed Burger King managers and I hope they will do the necessary to ensure the issue is corrected so it will not happen to another customer.
