Staff is very rude. Only nice one is the Spanish petite manager. But he was not there today... the black man with the gold teeth was very rude with sum ugly petite chick with false lashes. They both don't need to work if it's a bother to work. Smh...
I entered the 36th and Broadway Berger King ant 7:30 on a Tuesday evening. A table of customers setting with their food eating. I walked to the counter with on one there to help. After a few minutes the person bagging the food for the drive through started to acknowledge us when a voice from the back yelled out the light is still on make them wait. They must be being timed on how long a customer has to wait after they order their food. We waited almost 10 minutes at the counter before leaving without even a word from an employee. You can't call this fast food or service. Acknowledge the customer and telling them there is a wait is a better way to handle this situation. Not sure what else to even say about this situation.
I always have to same order. A whopper with cheese and ketchup only. And i get $#*!ing tomato's, mayo, lettuce, and onions. What the actual $#*! is so hard about ketchup and cheese!? Every single burger king i've been to has been horrible.
I use the Burger King app the other night and it sent my order to a store over 500 miles away. I contacted customer service and the manager of the store I was trying to get my food from. After 4 days I was told I would not be giving a refund because it was clearly marked on the app which store I was ordering from. Which is not true there's a watermark through the address for one and number two they sent it to a store that I've never been to why would it that even be on there. I guess my $11 was more important to them than my business cuz they'll never get any more what happened to have it your way Burger King I hope McDonald's shut you down

This place is not good for drive-through/entering the restaurant, the employees are jerks, they ruin your orders, heck, they even cuss at you when you try to tell them that they made an error, they really need to just retrain the employees to be much kinder to the person ordering.
I got burger king with my little brother, Connor, a few weeks ago. I got a burger, and my brother got a chocolate shake. When I bit into it, I already knew something was up. I carefully inspected the burger, and I saw pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, AND ranch or something. I ordered just a plain cheeseburger. Instead of wasting time driving back to burger king, I dropped it off for the stray cats to eat. I will NOT be back.
Used to go t burger King often then moved where one wasn't available. Ate there yesterday and the meat patty was changed... half its size and the price went up. Never going back there... pure poison anyways. Filthy greedy corporations pushing the limit, hope it bakrupts them.
BURGER KING - 1351 Golden Springs Rd, Anniston, AL We pulled up to place the order and there was no response. No hello, or acknowledgment that they were listening. My friend said hello twice before someone literally yelled to go ahead and say your order. Her tone was very rude and loud. The order was timely but the food was dry and hard (chicken sandwich) the fries were luke warm. And they provided no napkins. If I could I would give this a 0 rating based on service alone.
Don't ever buy a gift card from Burger King. We bought a $100 card, it worked for the first $40.? And then they (restaurants) kept telling me the card had a -0- balance. I went online to the site and punched in the card numbers and there is $55 left. I called three different BK numbers to just get a new card. They would listen to nothing I said. They kept telling me I had $55 on the card. I told them I knew that but every time I went to a BK I had to pay cash because they said the card had a zero balance. I then contacted Consumer Protection and Burger King would NOT answer them back.
Burger king of west monroe louisiana is far most the worst burgerking i have ever been to.the service is unreal slow no matter how busy or the time of day it is. There is never any ice in the drink fountion and the place is very dirty. They only seem to clean up only when nothing else is clean you not dare go there if you are on a tite schuele 40 minutes are less because you will have no time to eat this place is always this way you would think the owners or the managers or someone who works there would try to improve the place i guess burger king don't really care because people keep coming back but that is the only one in west monroe. For a new location buy quality headsets so the drive thru person can actually hear us and had to put the order in 4 times and had to ask for a manager 3 times and never came until I demanded for one to help him. This location needs attention.
I visited buger king Saturday and the lady in drive thru name Kim she was very rude I will not be coming back and I used to love buger king now I will pass on by what you need is better people with better talking skills your service sucks. Make it so bad she had a black shirt on that means she is a manger are you all for reay really.
Went to Burger King on Olive Drive in Bakersfield, Ca. On March 6 at 5:20pm. Ordered two ch'king sandwiches. They were hard, dried out, and dark brown. I could not even bite in to mine. I complained on their website and was promised a $20 voucher for my trouble but it never materialized. I was told the store had been notified but I would not be contacted by the store. I am out $25 for a meal that was thrown away. Weak email apology is all I got.
The Mt. Vernon store I worked at stole off of a paycard they issued me and then didn't pay me for the hours I worked. I would never recommend working for this company or eating there either. A friend of mine got sick just from the water because of the restaurant not cleaning the ice bin! They just leave there products (chicken) etc in the bins and just push the buttons to renew them, they don't change the food out! They sell the food until it's gone even if it's hours old.
For the past week I have been ordering the same thing and I expect it to be made as you say it is to be today the person who is doing the order is very rude and snappy. This is the last time I go back every time I order anything it's always wrong and looks like someone threw it against the wall and then packaged it up. I work retail and I don't treat my customers like this so I expect to be treated the same way I treat them.
One of the $#*!in restaurant in the town. All shakes and drinks are loaded with only sugar and moreover tasteless. If anyone is going there u can waste ur money. Food is of low quality. One glass of shake contain 112 g of sugar. Avoid this place
Today I stop at Burger King on Montgomery Road and Route 34 in Illinois to buy Wednesday Whopper at discount price. The lady on the cash register refuse to honour the coupon first of all she knows very little english. Very poor customer service.
Burger King I rank in the came class as McDonald's. They are not bad just ok. I do like their Vanilla Ice Coffee, for a fast food drink it is not bad. Their burgers are not bad in a pinch just like McDonald's. If there is nothing else around they are the next best option.

The lady have the nerves to also said she will spit in my food after I told her to stop arguing with me the customer before her saliva get in anyone food since she is not wearing a mask. I will not recommend this fast food restaurant to anyone as the employee there are not polite, very disrespectful, and customer service friendly. I manage to take a picture of the young lady but she wasn't wearing a name tag. She is the one that put the meal together and hand it over. To me she is having a bad day and just before of one simple question she went overboard. I believe Burger King need to fired her and get professional person who want a job to do the job well. If the doubt my review, they need to check there cameras unless they are not working. You will see her in the picture at the drink section. You need to terminate her contract. I have also emailed Burger King managers and I hope they will do the necessary to ensure the issue is corrected so it will not happen to another customer. I also notice that they do not have good reviews and today I learn why.
