I only gave them 1 star Because you can't give them 0 stars. They have rude, nasty and mean service. They got mad at us for them getting our ordered wrong and STILL got our ordered wrong. They have now lost a loyal customer.
Order was only half filled. Not done correctly either. Cashier wasn't friendly. Gloves on hands but kept moving hands towards her face. Already avoid the one on Freeport now will not be going to the one off of Greenhaven. Dr pepper was flat and warm. You can't read the receipt clearly either.
If I could leave a review of less than a star I would. A few years ago I had a very bad and traumatizing experience with Burger King. I didn't realize back then that I should have taken the matter to corporate. I wish I would have known that or would have been advised too. I ordered a Big King Burger, the one with a secrete sauce like a big mac, and when I was eating my burger i found several small pieces of glass. I don't know if it had gotten in the sauce or something else. But after that even the thought of eating anything from there makes my stomach tighten and I get sweaty. Worst restaurant experience ever.
HSR branch morning shift cashier is telling me to clean tables front of customers... as I told her that I'm a customer thn again ND again she's telling me the same think to do...I just felt very bad front of other customers

I placed an order on their app. Didn't know they sued Grub Hub. After 45 minutes, no food. I call the restaurant and the lady said "it's not our problem. You have to take it up with the driver." I said "No, I don't. My "contract" is with you. I paid YOU, not the driver. YOU took my money". She insisted it wasn't their problem. I reversed the charge on my card. This is BK SAN RAMON, CA
So, I walk in to the Burger King in Morrow, GA on Jonesboro rd. And was instantly greeted at the door! The cashier met me at the register to take my order and she entertained me the entire time. I was pleased to see the crew cleaning and communicating throughout the store. The managers coached their team well and it seems they are having a great time at work. Whatever is going on, keep it up! Wonderful change
I appreciate so much the hard work that fast food employees do. They deserve more credit and they are underpaid. They have to deal with rude customers and I just want to say thankyou to all the fast food employees for working hard. I encourage everyone to go to their local fast food place and thank them for their hard work.
Burger King, I am no longer buying your food; instead I will go to McDonald's. Why? You are supporting the war in Ukraine by keeping your business with Russia. While you are paying taxes to Russia, Russia is using your money to continue bombing civilian citizens and children in Ukraine. As of March 24th, 2022, Russian troops killed 128 Ukrainian children, but, obviously, you couldn't care less. McDonald's did the right thing- thats where I will go. Shame on you.
They are terrible because they only filled my milkshake up 90% not 100% of the way! I ordered a milkshake and they didn't not give me the full milkshake that I order. But regardless I will be back for more milkshakes because I really love burger king milkshake even though I am lactose intolerant
Being eating my burger in the car.It was dark, so when I got home and had a look at it I realized it was raw. I brought it back because of alarmingly underdone it was. Unacceptable and unapologetic service. Came from out of town and was not impressed. Worst experience ever, waste of money...
17 17 W. 38th on my way to work. I went through the drive-through and I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers with a small fry and a drink. The manager gets an attitude because I asked her to be without pickles and she just gave me two cheeseburgers with pickles and I got out the drive-through park. The car went in. Told her these two burgers were supposed to be without pickles. She throws it in the trash and tells him to make me two cheeseburgers with no bacon and charge me for that, we can't call Lynn and complain because they just give you an automated system telling you could talk to support 24 seven which is a lie so I will never shop at Burger King again
They will cut you off while trying to give your order to them. They constantly are forgetting all of my order and sometimes incorrect. Tonight I went through and asked for what they have forgotten. They at first ignored me just looked at me and walked away. When they came to me finally they tried telling me that I didn't order what I ordered so they didn't have to give me what they forgot when I clearly saw the order on the board of what I ordered. They then slammed the window on me.
Burger King has had put some really disgusting things on the menu. Although I hate Mcdonald's, I will say that Burger King did copy McDonald's. A lot of Burger King restaurants hire staff that don't care about what you get. If they get your meal wrong, They probably won't give you a refund.
They premake the burgers and place them in a warmer! I would like my burger to be made right when I arrive not two and three hours early also the last two times I've been their my burger has been cold

I tried, a few times. I really did! I gave Burger King multiple chances and every time, they failed. I ordered the Whopper with large fries and every time, it's cold. I even tried multiple Burger Kings. They are all the same. When I order hot food, it shouldn't be cold and I definitely shouldn't have to throw it in the microwave to heat it back up.

BurgerKing used to be freakin' awesome and I have no idea what happened but the food got worse and worse each year! Fries used to be fantastic, nowadays they are yukky. The burgers look like they become smaller each year. I could go on forever but I think you get the idea. Yeah, not only BK but also MCD. Don't know what happened.
Was to get a free Whopper with meal purchase and never received it... went back around and they told me to go back around. But they never came out... went into store and they said I was not entitled to it... coupon

The lady have the nerves to also said she will spit in my food after I told her to stop arguing with me the customer before her saliva get in anyone food since she is not wearing a mask. I will not recommend this fast food restaurant to anyone as the employee there are not polite, very disrespectful, and customer service friendly. I manage to take a picture of the young lady but she wasn't wearing a name tag. She is the one that put the meal together and hand it over. To me she is having a bad day and just before of one simple question she went overboard. I believe Burger King need to fired her and get professional person who want a job to do the job well. If the doubt my review, they need to check there cameras unless they are not working. You will see her in the picture at the drink section. You need to terminate her contract. I have also emailed Burger King managers and I hope they will do the necessary to ensure the issue is corrected so it will not happen to another customer. I also notice that they do not have good reviews and today I learn why.
