Burgerking Kimberley was so dissapointing on our journey home from Cape Town...old cold food, stale chips, dirty bathrooms and drink station...not having everything on menu and food didn't taste like Burger King's origanal taste...as a huge Burger King Fan I was dissapointed...bad service as well...you can see the francise owner doesn't have a hand on his restaurant...

Visited the Highway 90 Burger King in Mobile with my grandson. After a good bit of difficulty making our order clear we decided to go directly to the window and speak face-to-face with the employee. She not only canceled the order we were trying to put in, but refused to allow us to order at the window, and then slammed it shut. The employee claimed to be a manager at the store. If she is she needs to go back to customer service 101.

We went to burger king in athens, al on jefferson street, someone working their had the babbie about one year old laying in the booth sleeping, unattended nasty homeless man with his backpack walked in looking at the kid rubbing his hand on it, why would burger king allow employee to dump their kinds in the dinning room, athens, al, on jefferson street, ******* date 07/22/2022 around 11 am

As you can see from the title "Lifeless Burgers" You obviously know their burgers are not the best. We all know the undercooked Mc Donald's burgers are better. Not to mention, their drinks, now I'm not too picky on drinks, but the sodas tasted watered down. Yesterday I got a Whopper Burger, Fries, and a Diet Coke, The Diet Coke tasted watered down, Legitamently it tasted like water. The Whooper Burger tasted stale and Lifeless. The fries were the only decent things. I felt so disappointed in their quality. They spend so much money on their commercials, yet their food is worse than Mc Donald's. I would not recommend ordering your food from this company.

Miss rue employee did not kill me. The order that I order everything was cold and soggy Then she had the nerve to argue with me. Because I asked her for fresh fries. Then when I ask for condiments, she slammed them in the bag as though she was playing basketball. This is no lie.
And when I asked for extra condiment, she slammed it in the bag again. I stopped visiting the store for a while because my wife slipped on grease in the restaurant restroom. But,she sue? NO. The restroom floor was so greasy, she couldn't get off floor. Paramedics had to be called to help. Burger King at:545 NW ST.LUCIE BLVD

Burger King Aikahi, Hi has stepped up their customer service. I got really great customer service at this BK at about12:30pm on 8/25. All the food was hot, I had enough condiments, the order was completed in a timely manner and the manager was clear with answers on what burger I wanted. (New item) I wish more people would give this type of service when people are spending their money to eat out. I appreciate your service so much that I just had to give you a great review. Oh my goodness, I can't believe the horror that I experienced when I ordered the fish burger combo at that restaurant. The fish patty was so overcooked that it was practically burnt to a crisp, and the bun was stale and dry. To top it all off, there was not a single drop of mayonnaise to be found on the entire sandwich. I was utterly disgusted and couldn't even bring myself to take a bite. It was the worst dining experience of my life, and I will never be returning to that establishment again.

Wow what a big difference in a couple years not going into BK I'm usually at home or slide by the Mexican restaurant. On my way home. I live way out here in the country and it is 18 miles to the nearest Burger King today. I went into Walmart did some shopping and because it was lunchtime and I really have been missing that burger king burger, well I got it right at 12 lunchtime and it's 8:51 PM and I feel like I've still got a rock in my belly and I'm still burping and carrying on and this only happens when they put pink slime or bone chips in. Yeah yeah it doesn't sit well ride with me. Really disappointing because Burger King used to be the best delicious and juicy well it wasn't juicy it was delicious but like I said it's 8:51 PM and I feel like I have a rock in my stomach what has happened what are they doing? This is so wrong in so many ways.

I went into burger King today in the service was real bad. I went to the burger King on 730 n. Zaragoza rd El Paso Texas. In when I walked in to the front to order I waited 10 minutes just to order in then I was scared away by the manager Israel who was screaming at a lady employee, Tell her she was stupid in slammed his hands on the counter really hard an aggressive til the point me in another customer left in did not proceed to order. I feel for that poor girl I wouldn't want no one to speak to me like that especially not a manger he was really rude.

I am very much disappointed with the store in west lebanon nh. We waited 25 minutes for our order and it's cold. Very upset

I am writing Review for store# 3549. Centreville RD, Manassas VA. Jose was on the first window and he was so pleasant with a big smile and professional! Sandra gave us our food very pleasant! We will return Burger King! The terrible experience we had in Gainsville Burger King will not stop us to eat the BK delicious food!

I ordered with a coupon and took my meal. My daughter started to eat and I immediately realized we'd been charged over Double and this was wrong. Half the Whopper was gone but my husband took back receipt and Whopper etc. The managers name is DAWSON. He refused to give us credit, he had our coupon and was extremely rude. A real hothead Nothing he would do. So now we css as e hone with Nothing. I spoke with Isabelle Mgr the next day. She was so apologetic and told me next time we come in she'd make it right. I also spoke to Rocky (over several BKs for years) He said Bernard is over all of these and make sure he reads this. I can't tell how bad our experience was! Please pass this on Thank you

Burger king commercials have always creeped me out. The new campain makes me want to reach for the remote to change the channel. Tge food is not good and packed with so many additives and fillers it probably will hurt your health like McDonalds.

There are rarely customers in the drivethru.

Reshape and rebuild your failing brand with a complete makeover or go down with your ship and stop putting us through agony with your terrible commercials.

Ordered delivery and they never put the sandwiches in my order. Was told by BK that I myself, had to track down the delivery person and have them pick it up and bring it back and then cancel a already delivered order and place a new order, corporate told me they don't do refunds and would just give me a measly $15 coupon on a $ 45 order. Needless to say none of that happened, they lied and stole $45 from me and my kids. We ended up eating Mac and cheese that night. THANK YOU BURGER KING! WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THEM!

My order was to go. I waited as I watched the cashier fill up straws. I asked him to take my order and he gestured and said they were busy. What has that got to do with taking my order? Then a Mexican wanted to add on. The rude Eemployee ignored me and tried to help the other boy. I spoke up and said I'd been standing here. THE EMPPOYEE WALKED AWAY. So I got the green haired manager's attention. SHE TOLD THE RUDE EMPLOYEE TO HELP ME. He was very rude, thought he was being cute by almost calling me sir, took y order then walked away. As I waited, 2 of the Mexicans talked and pointed at me (in their language, of course).

Is this the kind of treatment I should be getting? As I ate my cold Whopper Jr's, I got madder. What right did the slow minded employee to walk away? He was about 6 2, glasses, and honestly rather slow. When the manager told him to help me, he got mad.
