Burger King

Burger King can't compete. Today we tried to get breakfast at 6820 N. Orange Blossom Trail, Lockhart, Florida *******. I was there at 10:20 and the three people inside wouldn't answer me over the intercom or when I went to the front door that by the way was closed. Apparently they didn't want to be bothered with a breakfast at that time. I've seen everywhere that they are supposed to be open for breakfast until 11:00 A.M. I drove away.

Decided to stop at the BK in Killingly Ct. Today for a quick bite, I thought Mcdonald's was bad. I can not believe what has happened to these places. By far the worst meal I have had in some time, Not sure if it was a hamburger patty or a slice of lunch meat. Want a disgrace. Can't believe they can stay in business offering something like that. Terrible.

Didn't receive all of my order which my order came to 56.00 and then they couldn't be reached by the delivery company but I was offered a dam 10.00 coupon.my grandson can't he a coupon nor my son will not order again

What is hard to read about NO KETCHUP? It's on the receipt. It's on the wrapper of the burger. My daughter gets home, guess what, ketchup all over it. This generation of kids, I feel sorry for. They just don't give a darn.

I filled out the customer survey and took time out f my busy day to do so, to get me a free whopper. Then I get told I have to buy the fries and drink. That made me upset that that is in the fine print, Burger King used to be my favorite place to eat. It's went downhill. I will not eat there again. By the way the sandwich that was on the menu DID NOT look nothing like the actual sandwich

I bought the Parmesan Chicken Sandwich hoping for a delicious experience. The sauce was barely there, chicken was dry and cheese was hard. It was a big disappointment. Plus no receipt was given. Lead to believe in the bag

Burger King has a lot of upside and potential, but will they ever live up to it? They have burgers just as good as Mcdonalds and their fries aren't bad. But with bad service at most locations and very inconsistent product I don't see anything changing. Very Disappointed.

Burger King policy on drive thru is terrible. They either tell you to pull up or park somewhere and they will bring out your food. My experience is they bring it out without napkins receipt or catchup. I can't prove anything because they didn't give me a receipt probably by design

454 Murfreesboro road Nashville TN ******* to order. The girl on the phone was very rude and unfriendly. A gentleman took over my order and got my order in. I had one car in front me, and I was the last one. My order took over 30 minutes after the car left. I was very patient. Finally brought my 2 sandwiches and 1 medium drink in a very dirty cup with hair all over it. I felt disgusted and just trashed the entire food in their trash can. Very unhappy about it. I had a very bad experience at Burger King. The place was dirty, and I don't even think the tables and chairs had been cleaned before we had been seated. I got a chicken sandwich, and the bottom half of the bun had mold. I got a drink, and there was something green that came up through the straw. I got my order very slowly. This is unacceptable. I will not be coming to Burger King again and I wouldn't recommend it.

Went by after working 15 hours to get the worse food and lied to by the so call manager. So she took my money and I got nothing. Caught a attitude right off jump. Couldn't get my money back. I could wait 45 min for a remake no thanks or put my name in a book. What kinda of crap is that? So I will be there early on the morning. What a joke

Mane the fact none of the locations in Memphis allow you to dine in has me hot! Why are there no signs saying, "NO DINING IN"!? I have been to 4 freaking BKs and all doors are locked! But freaking people inside just looking! Like REALLY! Drive thru line long as hell and cant keep up! Open the doors or at least say its not open! Im never going to BK again for this reason! Extremely irritating!

Never get a warm burger anymore, ever, no matter what store. Drive Thru wait times are absolutley horrible and unacceptable. Expect no level of accuracy in getting what you order. Don't bother wasting your time trying to call or issue a complaint with their online customer service because they don't even read your complaint, they write back asking the same questions you already offered in your complaint and they make no effort to rectify the issue, they only make you more upset... Don't waste you time or money at BK. They are in the gutter these days...
